Coop Wicked Chicken Hamilton

Called and booked a group reservation for a hockey team. They shouldnt have accepted the reservation. We arrived at our scheduled time at 12:45, by 2:40 a few of our party still had not received their food. Drinks were missed, kids weren't fed, people didn't get to eat. Orders were taken sporadically. The servers were so frazzled (and maybe inexperienced) Had to get the drinks from the bar to the table on our own.

Food was hard and cold. Chicken sandwich was so wet it fell apart. First time ordering. Wouldn’t order again

Worst service, forgot half our food, most of the food we got was cold, told us they had 200 skip orders to complete which is why it was so slow. Maybe don’t accept the orders and assist those in your restaurant first.

Don’t waste your money!

Amazing. This place is such a vibe and our server Megan made our experience one of the best I’ve ever had. The food was good and it was just a great atmosphere to be in. I definitely will be returning especially if Megan’s working!

The times I’ve been there the food is great but after getting their BBQ chicken salad as takeout I was so let down. $21 for a salad (this is about half), maybe 1/2 cup of diced chicken and a 2oz container of dressing. I expected a lot more for $21 and ended up with mostly an entire head of lettuce. All their other food is good but pretty unhappy with this visit.

Food is great, recommend dining in only, we've ordered ahead for pick up on several occasions, being told a time for pick up only to have to wait 15-30 minutes for our orders to be ready, and typically either missing something or being prepared incorrectly.

Have at in the establishment several times and have found it thoroughly enjoyable. The service score I've given is respective to the take-out functionality or lack thereof of this restaurant. The actual bar staff has been awesome everytime I've been in.

A little on the pricey side, but everything is these days.

Nashville chicken sandwich is awesome, the mac and cheese bites are great, nachos are wonderful.

Probably going to go back, but will definitely be dining in and not picking up.
