Never want timmies again. The coffee is supurb and the egg sunrises sandwich is so good I had to get my partner one. 10/10!!

Employees are always friendly and food is pretty good. One of the owners/ owner family members is VERY rude and literally pushes people out of the way and cuts in line to demand things from the cashier. I talked with the cashier about it and was told this behaviour from the owner is frequent. If the owners are reading this - please do something about mitigating this as your customers do not appreciate coming to a place where aggressive rude behaviour from your family is occurring! 2-star review is fully because of the owner family being terrible.

Now it's a habit. Whenever I visit Jackson Square on the weekend, I come grab some coffee and try another dessert. Today it is lemon and cranberry muffin. The staff here are courteous and friendly. Modern, cozy, good prices and TV for relaxing and eating. Nice restaurant layout too and did I mention always clean?

I never write reviews but the last 4 times I’ve gone- I received a stale muffin, stale donut, and the ice coffees have been gross. I get charged different prices every time for the Ice coffees- I’ve also been ripped off change twice- for example the coffee was 2.60 I paid 10.60 and received $3 back, and when I said something they just looked at me like I was in the wrong. Honestly I use to love this place but the quality has gone down sooo much.

Always friendly staff, fair prices and the food is good. Lots of selection from sweets, soups, sandwiches and I love the breakfast options. The Western on a bagel is my go to. Coffee is fantastic as well. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

My card wouldnt work on their debit machine & they blamed me almost getting argumentative with me as well. This is a very bad work ethic on their part so I feel the need to speak up. That is unacceptable. I'm sick of countless stores always blaming the customers debit/bank cards when theres issues with payments on their machines. I used my card earlier in the day so I know it's working fine.

The only coffee I'll drink. The only criticism I have is the breakfast sandwiches are not the same as the country style on king and centennial. If they could match them then hands down the best place to get a great breakfast.
The Ice Coffee is really good. So are the sandwiches.The only thing I felt lacking was the donuts and other baked goods. They could definitely taste better.
