Cowabunga Pizzeria - Take Out Only

Was down from northern ontario Mom raved about this place had a slice was awesome, so we ordered a pie to go was good but the slice was better a bit burnt "the way it should be". Definitely a return customer. Super friendly staff!!

Amazing pizza 10/10 but wayyyy toooo salty. Leaves a salty after taste for a loooong time.

Edit: tried it again a few weeks after this post and now it tastes balanced

We have been wanting to order from this place forever. Decided this was the time to order. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and I can't tell you how disappointed we were. We were expecting an outstanding pizza especially considering the cost. Instead we got a pizza that was so salty we could barely eat it and the crust was so tough and chewy my jaw hurt . It was truly like eating a salt shaker. I must have drank 3 litres of water that night. We didn't bother to call to complain as we just won't get another pizza from there again. We almost threw the pizza in the garbage but because of cost and hunger we went ahead and ate it anyway. Disappointed in an understatement!!!

I’ve been to both, the Dine-In restaurant and this Take Out only. These pizzas are simply the best in town. I tried going fancy with many of the options they have to offer, and thought they were all good, the best one is their cheese pizza. You must try it.

I hear a lot about this place but I didn’t like the taste. This was my first and last time ordering from this place. I ordered GG (Garlicky Greens) Pizza. First i waited 1 and half hour to get the burnt pizza as shown in pictures and the crust is super thin that makes it hard to chew. They really should mention that in the menu that it is thin crust. It was bitter in taste because of burnt kale leaves. I didn’t open it until i get home otherwise i would never pay for burnt pizza. I advise please check your food before leaving the store.

These guys are AWESOME!!!! The pizza was not mouth watering DELICIOUS, but the guys there were very friendly, patient and just overall good vibes! Top Notch food & service! 🤤💜🙏

I went there because i heard that they have the best cheese pizza. I bought their cheese pizza to give a try, but that was ok, not enough cheese on pizza, and it was like a very thin layer of cheese and base.

pizza is ok, definitely not the best pizza in the world. i think the price point is fair. i'm not sure why you have to order so far in advance and staff seem pretty stressed out

I am sorry. I hate giving reviews but this is just awful. I tried to call and speak to someone but constant answering machine as I don’t think they answer their phones. My husband went in to get two pizzas today. He was there a half hour. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a Marguerita. He got home and this is not edible. I feel like we are eating croutons. I can chip a tooth or something. They had to redo the pepperoni pizza as they burnt the first one and so the other one stayed on top of the pizza oven getting cold. I have attached pictures for you to see that the second pepperoni is still burnt and the other one is just like one thin piece of cardboard! So severely disappointed. Like I said, tried to call to speak to someone as I don’t think we should have to pay for this but I can’t get through. I have a family of six and we all took a slice of both and had to throw it out so please don’t say it looks like we ate half the pizza. We did not. The garbage ate the pizza.

We have ate here before and it was good and never had a problem. I would have a discussion with your staff and maybe they aren’t focussed on working.
