I drive past this place every day on my way to work so I decided to message them about getting a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I was absolutely blown away by not only the mouthwatering flavour of my cake but also the exceptional service that came along with it. It hasn’t even been 24 hours yet and I am still dreaming about this cake. It was that good. I have hired many different bakers to make my kids cakes over the years and ever have failed in comparison. I received such a beautifully decorated (exactly how I asked for) and delicious cake (cinnamon with caramel icing) from Crumbled. Communicating with the owners was simple and pleasant (over phone and email) and they answered to all of my custom requests. I would order from them again!

Came here for my sister's sweet 16 birthday cake and the team at Crumbled absolutely blew us away!!! The cake not only looked amazing but tasted SO good the entire table commented on how delicious it was. Some of the besttt red velvet cake I've ever had. 12/10 would recommend and they even ensured it was nut allergy friendly so everyone in our group could enjoy it. Cute dessert place in Hamilton. Got three different cake cups. Cake was good but a little too sweet for us. Nice option to add toppings at no charge for the first two. Love the simple decor and vibe of the place. Not the most ideal location in Hamilton. Street parking. Definitely good to try once.
I got exactly what I requsted, on time, so delicious, my son was excited and loved his Sonic birthday cake(so did his friends and thier parents), not too much sugar. Everything was just right and the atmosphere is so welcoming, communication is on point. I'll definitely keep recommending Crumbled! Thank-you

Crumbled makes fantastic cakes. I’m really not sure a more detailed review is required! I’ve been buying their cakes for just over two years since moving to Hamilton, for both my wife and I’s birthday, and we are always thrilled by the quality.
I generally go in for their red velvet, while my wife loves their funfetti vanilla cake. We find the 4” is enough to feed 6 people, but also, who dislikes leftover cake?!

I have now gotten two custom cakes made by the good people here and both have been gorgeous! The price was reasonable and communication back and forth between us was really fast! I will definitely be ordering cakes from here for every event! The cakes themselves were beautiful and delicious we have gone with the red velvet flavour both times with cream cheese icing and they were amazing! Definitely recommend crumbled to everybody who is looking to get custom cakes made!!!
