Do you realize how annoying it is when store hours are inaccurate and I waste my time driving to this place and the doors and store is closed? I don’t think I’ll be coming back I’m very annoyed not to mention quality has gone down significantly compared to two years ago.

Just had a huge delicious cone at this beautiful cute shop in bartonville! The owner was delightful and the ice cream was fresh and so so good! The prices were amazing ! We will be back!!

I’m not the type to leave Google reviews, but Angela and Matt have consistently executed every cake or cupcake order we’ve had, and have gone above and beyond that they deserve a stellar review. Their products are ALWAYS freshly made, super moist, not overly sweet and their buttercreams are perfect (never grainy like every other place). The attention to detail in all their designs are incredible. I’ve tried many many bakeries and I am very particular about quality and taste, and let me tell you - their products do not disappoint! We will always have them create sweet treats for all our events and kids’ birthdays. They have definitely made my daughter’s frozen themed birthday magical, all the kids ate their cupcakes and the moms were raving about how delicious they were! Thanks again Angela and Matt!

Delicious cake and enormous ice cream portions! I find their cake bowl is always moist and tasty. I read here that someone said they found it too sweet, but I honestly think it is just the right amount. My favourite has been the small bowl of red velvet with cream cheese, white chocolate pearls and salted caramel pearls. Recommended! My partner is not a fan of cake, but loves ice cream and every time we go there he gets one. The ice cream serving is beyond generous, probably the best bang for your buck ice cream deal I have encountered in Hamilton. Worth the visit!

Had no idea what to expect, but this was delicious. Had the large Cookie & Cream icing with vanilla cake. Can’t recommend it enough ! Enjoy, and bring your appetite.

One of my go-to places in the neighbourhood. The cake bowls are fantastic but definitely not a snack. It usually lasts me a good week because it's so dense. It's like half a cake in a small bowl! So don't go in thinking you're going to eat the whole thing in one sitting, lol. Really good milkshakes as well with lots of ice cream flavours and toppings to choose from

This is our second time ordering a custom birthday cake from Crumbled, Hamilton, and we were overjoyed at the results, yet again! Our cake tasted amazing, as did the two different butter creams! The fact that everything you see in this photo, minus the leave on the very top, is 100% edible (because it's buttercream, or a cake pop!) is simply remarkable!
