Amazing restaurant. Have been going here for 30 years and have never ever had a bad experience. It can get very busy but it was very quiet at our last late evening visit. We highly recommend this place.
Best dim sum place in Hamilton. Also the egg tarts are perhaps some of the best in the world. Having had egg tarts from Macau and Hong Kong, it is quite impressive how they get the egg tarts in a perfect recipe at Crystal for dim sum. The filling is on the sweet side on the egg tart spectrum, but not sweet like the caramelized Portuguese tarts from Macau. This restaurant serves good family style food. It is one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants in town. My family enjoys the food very much. I'm not a fan of the service though. I felt that if you aren't a regular they don't make much effort to make you feel welcomed and they don't seem to care if you come back or not.
