I normally don’t like the atmosphere at dspot but I went once and I had an amazing experience with Reem. She was so welcoming and served my group exceptionally. I will be returning hoping to find Reem.

We went in the mid afternoon for a latte and a shake, at the time there was only one other table which had been served. Despite being seated promptly we waited 15 minutes for service to take our order and then another 15 minutes before receiving our order. The quality of our latte and shake was very good, but I would consider the length of time to receive our order very poor especially when there was relatively no one in the cafe.

My family and I had an amazing experience at the Spot in Hamilton our server Vaibhav was extremely helpful and so polite he fulfilled all of our needs and was also super patient. I highly recommend this location as the staff here are phenomenal!
