I ordered aloo tikki and it was not quality food at all. The yogurt in it was so thick and thats all you can taste. The aloos tikki feel like a cheap form of a tikki.

I ordered vijayawada special boneless chicken biryani with huge expectations from this restaurant located at Rymal road which ultimately turned in to biggest disaster in terms of appearance, texture and taste. The biryani was so dry and no taste at all. I felt like eating a plain rice with chicken pieces in it which are not fresh. Moreover, it appears that some kind of cooking colour was added to chicken pieces and mixed with biryani rice. Based on my experience, I will never order food from this place again. I usually make very good biryani at home and this place is a completely disaster!!! Spoiled Friday mood :-(

Very inconsistent quality….. Ordered Chicken 65 biryani family pack for a small party and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. It is quite expensive for the quality of food provided.
Rice is all dry and the spices used for chicken 65 are still raw (Don’t ask me how I know because I am myself a professional in food industry) It’s a disappointment. Not gonna return or recommend.

Wrong ordered delivered and the cashier unapologetically kept arguing that i said the incomplete name of the dish as soya chaap instead of soya chaap tikka and therefore assumed malai soya chaap instead of asking me to confirm what i want to order.Worst experience ever!!

I ordered the Veg. Dum Biriyani, Paneer Tikka Masala and Tandoori roti - everything was delicious. The curry portions are very impressive and price is reasonable compared to other Indian restaurants in the area! My order was ready in about 20 minutes and was the perfect temperature to dive right in. The gravy was thick and perfectly seasoned. Takeout option is much better compared to dine in, because they are still working on creating ambience inside restaurant. I think everyone should give Daawat a try for themselves!
