Food: Its ice cream, how can you go wrong. They made my fries fresh and they were some of the best I can remember having in a long time.

Service: The girl behind the counter was nice enough to keep my box of buster bars in the freezer while I waited for my burger and fries.

I was greeted by the friendly staff after walking in, staff member was patient and helpful with me making my order (how can you just choose 1 thing). My order was in process of being made right away and was asked about the order by the other staff member making it to double check my preferences were met. My purchase was made in a very reasonable time and correctly was thanked for my patronage and she moved on the next order.

Walked there to get the pretzels and when I got home they were hard and burnt. I called and demanded my money back . If you guys have your orders messed up ask them for a refund it’s ridiculous how horrible this location is.

Super busy, had to wait over 10 minutes in line waiting and I was the only one, when I went to make my order they didn't know how to switch the drink in a combo for a blizzard, and they told me to add it on the app instead. Not even the manager was trained on this. Horrible training and customer service.

It's a small location, but it's a DQ. Whats not to like, you go here cause you know what to expect. Grab a blizzard and enjoy your time. I've never waited longer than a few minutes at this location and I've been a few times. There's always a few people working and they're pretty expedient about getting the orders out to you.

I visit this location probably twice a week, and my order is the same every time. Sometimes 1 blizzard, sometimes 2, but always the same kind and same request of extra toppings. The blizzards are so inconsistent, sometimes I do get extra toppings, and sometimes I don’t. The workers confirm it costs extra, which I agree to, I request my receipts for the points, so I see that I’m charged for the correct things, but it’s not always made as requested. Even when ordering two (again, same kind same extras) they’re not made the same, one might have extra toppings and the other won’t (one is either lighter or darker to see the difference of which has extra) I really like the seasonal flavours and would like to continue to come to this location!! Just want to get exactly what I ordered!

Orders usually come out very quickly but there are the odd times where you may be waiting in the drive through for an extended period of time, but other than that it's a good place for dessert

Spent over 9 dollars on a skor blizzard large, had negative skor in it.

I ordered a poutine but it had no poutine ingredients at all, very little cheese, it was a very bad experience and I threw half of it away.

Very very patient workers there. Gave me what I ordered with good customer service while some crazy lady in there decided to do nothing but yell and curse at them while they tried their best to solve her problems. They were kind, offered solutions, all while helping customers and making orders. I come here often with my girlfriend because it is often the cleanest and best customer service 10/10! No one in customer service deserves to be yelled at like that and handled it way better than I could have and I hope you all feel like you guys do an amazing job cause every time you guys do.
