The people work there are very nice friendly and they’re always helpful. There’s a guy I believe he’s the manager. He’s always helpful and he’s always there to take the order and no matter how much time you give him he will do it for you. Very nice guy. Great service.

I had to order a personalized large slab ice cream cake on very short notice, the day before, and they accommodated me by making the morning of the next day and it was ready for 4pm. The cake was perfect for our birthday party. Thank you!

Used to be our favourite but the last few visits have been met with soupy blizzards and attitude.

Bought banana split, came home no bananas in it, they also wanted to charge 3.00 for extra toppings, which I have never been charged 3.00 at any other store in my life.
I called the manager she said to bring it back, by the time I came home then go back it would be melted, I guess she didn’t believe me, I told her why would I lie about it, take ownership and check your cameras you messed up!!!
I was told Joved the owner, does not talk to clients, last week I ordered the same, there was next to no toppings at all! There was no pineapple …Very disappointed as nd I didn’t complain
Been there 2x and both times, terrible service and no product for what you pay for, total rip off not worth the money at all

Since I started posting reviews 3 years ago I have never given anyone a 1 star rating. The restaurant was empty with one lady in front of me. They took over 5 minutes to even acknowledge me and the drive through wasn’t busy either. The staff is pleasant but very slow service and all I ordered was 4 chicken strips and food was hot and tasted good.

Workers literally know nothing.

We tried to order a meal, they told us they don't sell it. After ordering, we see the sign on the store, we confront the workers and they made a big deal about having to get a manager to fix the order.

Order was completely wrong and cold.

This place has new owners and it definitely shows. It should not take multiple workers to get an order in face to face, tell us we're wrong, admit we're right and then make a big deal about getting the manager because they can't understand our language when it's the language of the country.

If you have ZERO English speaking skills, please do not worker an English speaking dominant job. It makes no sense.
