Ordered take out cheeseburgers and they were pretty good in terms of value and flavour. We did use a coupon. What I wasn't expecting was that they didn't have milk cartons or bottles available as drinks for kids.

Had a very awkward interaction with one of the employees they asked me how old I was because there friend wanted my number. After was told never mind I'm to old. It was very weird and awkward.

All I can say is WOW. Took my daughter there this evening. And not only was it 20 dollars for a kids meal and side kid burger. The girl charged me an extra dollar for a dip. Then my daughter wanted mayo for fries. So guy worker comes over and says. I know the girl told you it's free but it's not and that it would be another dollar. So I say. Even after your employee said it's free. He says ya. I say great customer service. Unbelievable! Will never step foot in this location on upper ottawa abd stonechurch. So 3 bucks for 3 tiny ass dips. Good job pal !

Burger tasted like it had been microwaved. Blizzard was not served upside down (is this policy at this location?) and was runny in consistency despite the location not being overly busy.

Sat in drive though for over 5 minutes waiting for employee to take my money for my order. It was a small blizzard and I was the o my car in the drive through.

Great service, friendly. Met some cool dudes, don't look like it, but they are fluent in tagalog!

The fact that this location has 3.6 stars is shocking. Dairy queen in general is disgusting but this location is probably the worst. How is it that theres that many employees, 1 car infront of me at the drive thru and it takes 10 mins to take an order. Saddest part is imagine going to get ICE CREAM from an actual ICE CREAM SHOP and its meling ???????? Do you even know what ice cream is. Google it. It shouldnt be melting if you arent aware?????? Whats even sadder, I wish it actaully tasted good ??‍♀️ how come i go to every other ice cream shop and their ice cream is actaully frozen EXCEPT dairy queen. why is that? How is this place still running. Im surprised people still buy ice cream from here. Smh…
