I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard and on the very first spoonful I found a hair in it, which was honestly really gross and ruined the whole thing for me.
I had also visited this location a few weeks ago and noticed that one of the female workers didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. The attitude and the hygiene issue together just made the experience worse.
I usually enjoy coming to Dairy Queen, but this visit was really disappointing. I hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness and customer service.

We will find a different location to go to in the future.
The last 3 times (in 2 months) we have gone they have been out of something.... I have NEVER had this happen at any other establishment.
First was something to make a special blizzard... I forgot now bc I was not keeping track and it can happen. Next was the frosting that went into the special blizzard....so again just like the 1st. This time was too much tho, no small blizzard cups?? Common. We were told we had to get a mini or medium/large. Why not offer a medium at the small price?

The odd thing.. I accept and no big deal, but 3 in a row is a bit much and the cup thing was just poor customer service. You would think at -15 outside they wouldn't be turning customers away... but they did. We won't bother going to this one again.

I typically go to a diff ice cream place thats cheaper nd better, but my daughter felt like DQ tonight, I got a blizzard asked for hot fudge prob paid extra for it nd there was absolutely none, and got a hot fudge sundae for my mom with barely any hot fudge it looked like plain vanilla ice cream! Atleast my daughters ice cream looked really good! But when u oay top dollar for this stuff i should atleast get what im paying for! The staff wasnt rude or anything just wasnt very happy with my order!

I got kicked out just because I was not part of the purchasing group, my friend was though, he was allowed. They said that I couldent bring outside food espically if I’m not paying… food was decent from what my friend told me… they also said they were told 3 free refills but got shut down at two😢. And they were super mean too (it was -10°c outside)

The delivery service is so bad in this location always we have to wait for a very long time and the lady in here doesn’t care about delivery

Awful customer service, asked for a kids meal, was charged for adult chicken strips and when we told the workers we had the wrong meal she proceeded to lie and say that’s what we ordered.

I would give zero stars if I could. My wife and I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. The staff made eye contact but made no effort to take our order, so we left and went to A&W, which was excellent. It might be understandable if it was busy, but there was only a person ordering a cake and one car at the drive thru. This level of customer service is inexcusable. We shan't return.
