Once known as the place where Stoney Creek’s teenagers got their first job, now there are no more multicultural teens working there. To make things worse, after 20 years of eating there, my boyfriend and I had our usual weekly ice cream—his sundae, my banana split. For the first time ever, I asked them nicely to remake mine. They had plopped all the toppings in the middle, all mixed together, instead of the three distinct toppings banana splits normally have.

But that’s not even the worst part. For the first time in 20 years at this DQ… BOTH of us were in the washroom all night. My son didn’t eat anything and he’s totally fine. We know it was the ice cream because—well, let’s just say thank God we have two bathrooms.

Another one of my favorite stores I will never go to again. Ask me the last time I went to Taco Bell, A&W, Subway… heck, even Walmart.

Been here a few times and I find it’s very inconsistent. Most recently ordered a chocolate brownie blizzard and it was a bit disappointing. It melted quite a bit by the time they handed it over. The staff seemed confused and worked slowly. Not sure that I’ll be returning.

Why is the guy on cash also making food while wearing the same gloves? Money is so dirty. Either have your staff do cash or make food, not both and definetly not while wearing the same gloves.

The young lady who served me was so polite , friendly and welcoming named Uchita
She greeted me with an genuine smile
She made my order perfectly

Must have been B shift tonight. What ever happened to care and quality. Considering everything is getting more expensive by the day, and when you attempt to treat yourself to some icecream and bring it home to realize there are no toppings in it. Thanks for taking my money DQ, and the disappointment.

Visited today and went through the drive thru. Ordered two blizzards, which cost almost $20. The one Oreo blizzard, only had maybe 4 pieces of Oreo and the rest was just soft serve. It’s as if the person making it ran out of Oreo and was just too lazy to fill up the container to finish making the blizzard. Very disappointing. If I wanted just soft serve, I would have ordered a cone. Do better DQ.

Online it shows it is open till 11 pm. But when we reached there both the doors were closed. And the note on the door says it is open till 10. Very disappointed.
