The manager not very helpful, just no to everything like she doesn’t know the solution, have the time, or care.Mostly caused by crumby Dairy Queen app, that did not send birthday coupon that they promote. Manger would not honour even though she has account, app for over a year.Then signed up for app with promotion for 1$ small blizzard. Takes 24 hours to get coupon even though I signed up, they got my information . Also a problem of the app and company but the manager did not care to compensate or support with customer service. I thought it should be honoured. Manager is probably alright just was strict not to help so I’m more angry with Dairy Queen promotions difficulty.

PARKING is available at Eastgate Mall across from Eastside Marios RestRestaurant.Kid-friendliness: There were never many kids when I was there .Wheelchair accessibility: There are spaces for wheelchairs as far as I can recall.

First time I’ve had lunch at any Dairy Queen. Usually I just get a blizzard. Ordered chicken strips combo with fries, drink and sundae for dine in. Food was cooked fresh, hot and surprisingly very good. Service was friendly. Restaurant was clean.

So disappointed. There's a sign on the window of the cakes that staff will grab your cake. So I got in line and waited my turn. When I got up to the front I told the cashier that I wanted a cake, she told me to grab it. I said about the sign and she tells me that they only keep that sign up so people don't leave the freezer door open too long. I was annoyed but I grabbed my cake only to loose my spot in line. I waited off to the side and she called up the next customer. I'm not sure what her expectations were but I read the sign, followed the instructions and I was SOL. Make the appropriate sign if it's the case. Won't be back!
Every single time I've gone to drive through at this location, they have messed something up in our order. I ordered a Misty FREEZE with my combo, and they told us at the window that we couldn't order that with combos. After ALREADY PAYING. They also gave me jalapeño cheese instead of ranch for my order of chicken strips. Numerous other times they've declined to make a poutine with a combo, or outright refused to make blizzards despite being an ice cream place! I'd recommend ordering in building or online rather than drive through.

I came here to use a coupon the lady made me waste it by telling me I can use it then I activated it and at the window told me I couldn't use it.Best part is is asked for no ice so I was given lots of ice with my drink I barely got any fries with my combo and my chicken sandwich was all over the place like someone just threw it in the bag i am thoroughly disappointed on-top of wasting my time and money
