Just wanted to say thank you for the AMAZING JOB! I ordered a k pop cake for my daughter and the decorator at this location truly went above and beyond the outcome was amazing the picture was beautiful my daughter was thoroughly impressed!! Definitely recommend going here for birthday cakes!!

My mom was craving a strawberry cheesecake blizzard I got one for me and her there had to be like 4 pieces of cheesecake in the blizzards was so disappointing I have never had a bad experience till now

I visited the location at Barton and lodgewritten in-law church. On tuesday august 6 for banana split that states is 469 plus tax. To be told that they have no Dennis. Then I go to the location on main and Ottawa, which is the same owner. And they're trying to tell me that they have bananas, but it's gonna be $36. If you're gonna have a deal at 1 store, it should be in all stores that is false advertisement and I believe Somebody should look in to the false accusations. And made me create a lawsuit for the false advertisements of stuff in your store

Our local store. Always busy and great service. Tiny. Nowhere to eat inside. A few tables outside. On a main road so take away is best or on your way from or to somewhere else. Recommended and look forward to a future visit again. Seasonal, great hours and paid parking in lot behind or free parking on side streets.

Lady that is there today COMPLAINED that my children bought their own ice cream with the money they earned. Told me next time it needs to be on one bill. Never had a problem before until this lady.

Usually I don't do it but today June 7th at 8 30pm DQ really disappointed me. Everywhere else DQ I ask for a Oreo Milkshake (vanilla shake with extra oreo) and this young kids at the cashier refused to do it, stating that DQ doesn't do OREO milkshakes, even though we tell them that other stores in Hamilton does that. I will definitely stop coming to this store. Ridiculously bad service. I don't give 1 star because the franchise is been good

I have been going to this Dairy Queen all summer with no complaints but since they closed and reopened, everything went downhill.I ordered a small Carmel Sunday with pecans and I got a teaspoon of Carmel with 4 nuts on top and only half the ice cream I usually get. It looked like a mini Sunday not a small. When I asked what happened the one girl got quite rude and said they have to measure everything now and if I didn't like it to leave. I will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on.
