Great flavors but staff really need to label the product they're sending out for online orders (Uber, door dash, etc..) ordered 3 times and all 3 times did not Label which one was which (both were large choco brownie extremes with slight differences )

Had 2 customers and refused to answer the phone wen I was calling.I saw her ignore the calls from outside ( it very cold and I wanted to ask about an item they may be selling ) before out in the cold ro get in the store.

Love the ice cream at Dairy Queen. Staff we're fast but not very friendly. I know they were busy but a greeting and a smile would be nice. They were just going through the motions of serving people.

Charged me 7 something after tax each for 2 Small hot fudge sundaes one with pecans and one with peanuts. Why so much? Almost 15.00 for 2 Small sundaes and a little over a tablespoon of hot fudge each. How are they still in business? I called a different location and they said they charged more at this particular location. That is certainly highway robbery.

Was priced well and served quickly
