Have ordered a blizzard several times from this location and not once have they ever included a plastic spoon with it. You do it in store. Do you think it might make sense to do it for Uber orders?!?!? 🙄

Ruined my birthday, my boyfriend had put in an order. Someone at this location didn’t print out the order. So he had to wait an hour longer for my cake. Which led to me not getting to do what I wanted to do on my birthday because what I wanted to do closed at a certain time. They didn’t put the custom design on the cake. There was no real effort made here. Never order a cake at this location unless you want your birthday to be terrible. Go to any other Dairy Queen.

Having accurate listed hours would be lovely. Husband went there to grab us some Blizzards only to find the door locked and the till being counted, but the sign still said open. Store hours on Google say they're open until 11 pm. Totally understand if they close at 9 pm, but at least have it posted.

Went for a quick treat with dad as other location on king/Ottawa was packed. Was in and out at this location.
Sucks they got rid of the bench out front,.but because of the neighborhood I can understand why.
I would encourage this location to not allow drug users to hang around their parking lot and taking up parking spaces. As I sat and had my ice cream, people came and left once they seen the drug users sitting there passed out. Maybe get together with the store hire security to discourage this behavior.
Would be nice to have a small table out front instead having to sit in my hot car.. bring back the bench.

This is one of the most well-run dairy queens in the area. The staff are great. Highly recommend
