My sisters booked the private room for my birthday this past Saturday. All was great when we walked in, only waited about 10 minutes for the room to be ready. We ordered our first round of drinks which included a can of Smirnoff ice, and then a second round which was shots, we had just put in our next set of orders when the server came in and pointed to the can of Smirnoff ice says we couldn’t have outside drinks and that she would be checking bags next time she came in. We were all drinking, having a good time and truthfully no one knew what she was talking about because we did it have anything from outside on the table. I checked my purse to make sure and had the others do the same as we did come from another place and had been drinking before. Turns out I had a can in my bag so when the server returned demanding to check our bags I just handed her the can. I told her to keep it, but that the Smirnoff ice was off the bars own menu. You could see her face immediately pale and she tried to hand the can back to me, but again I told her to keep it as we had no intention of drinking it, I didn’t even remember I had it in my purse until I checked. Needless to say we stopped ordering drinks and didn’t touch the food menu as we no longer wanted to purchase anything from the restaurant. We had already paid for the room so we stayed, but didn’t order anything else.
Long story short: the staff need to know the full drink and food. This way they can be 100% sure that when they are accusing people of bringing in/ drinking things not purchased from the bar. The room is $60 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours. We came with 8 people all who were prepared to spend at least $150+ each on drinks and food; we spent maybe $60 each max after that. The server couldn’t look at us after when she came into the room and as we were leaving she tried to apologize for the misunderstanding, but it was too late. She left a really bad impression and after sitting on it for a few days I thought I would share the experience.
We were definitely in the wrong for not checking to make sure we didn’t have anything on us, but she blatantly accused of something based off the fact that she did not know the menu and that’s what doesn’t sit right with me at the end of the day. The staff should know the menu.

I rented the place for a surprise birthday party. The owner Nav was easy to work with and very accommodating. Both Nav and Spencer took time to explain what they could offer and were very personable and approachable. Nav took special care of our guests on the day of the event and Jacey was an excellent server and was super friendly and extremely helpful. The place was clean and very cosy. Our group had a great time.
Will definitely go back. Great place to go just to relax and enjoy some karaoke too.

It’s a great concept! karaoke 7 days a week. Great job decorating. Feels very comfy. The idea of texting your song and then being out in the queue is great, however there were several glitches where people’s songs were missed and some knocking sounds from time to time. Only 2 servers and orders came slow. They were very friendly and polite though. They also have a private karaoke room you can book. We just stayed in the main bar area. If they improve their service and fix the glitches it could be very successful!

We rented a private room. It was nice but a little cramped with 8 people. The karaoke system is way up high, so you had to ask staff to adjust volumes. We had a lot of issues with the mics being distorted or feeding back and getting help a few times from staff. Each time, we were waiting for them to have a moment to come adjust it. The mics we had died twice, and we had to wait for batteries. This was disappointing considering the price you pay to have the space for a set time. These things should have been checked and ready to go before we arrived. There was no extra time given for all the setbacks. Also, when you order drinks, the waitress has to open the door where the stag area is and kept knocking into us if we were standing there singing. It's not her fault. it's the design of the space. Would probably be better with a smaller group and some sort of light to indicate that the door was going to be open.
Went here for a birthday party, the private room was nice and you get a private washroom with a number to text to order drinks/food to be brought to you. However, I wouldn’t recommend the food, I ordered the squid rings and almost immediately after eating a few felt sick.

A friend booked the private room for a small group of us. Pretty fun, text a number for food and drink service plus a private bathroom so you don't have to leave the room. The bar was so busy we had to leave once our time was up in the room. A good way to spend an evening.
