The male server is absolutely amazing. He checked in on our table frequently and at the right times (not when we had mouths full of food lol). He was hilarious, friendly, and a solid reminder of what good customer service is—which is so hard to find these days. We love coming back here because of him.

My husband and I joined family for breakfast at Denny's this morning. We ordered an ultimate omelet and I had fresh fruit with waffles (without flavoured caramel sauce). Beth G., our server, greeted us with a lovely smile and warm welcome. She was very attentive to our needs, and was genuinely eager to make sure we had the best breakfast experience! We will definitely be back in the future!

Nov. 23/25 we went to Denny’s Lake George for brunch. I had asked for a seat in a quieter area as one person in our party is severely hearing impaired. I was told no as that section required cleaning which was an acceptable response until about 10-15 minutes later, they seated a family in the said section after the waiter drug numerous tables across the floor making it impossible to have a conversation at the table. Following that, they proceeded to sit at least 2-3 other people/families in that section while there were empty tables in the main dining area. We received our food which was lukewarm at best (butter didn’t even melt on the pancakes) and one person ordered the same meal as she did on a previous visit; it wasn’t even close to the same and she had to ask for things that were supposed to be on her plate. They did not have bacon. Overall an extremely disappointing visit. The level of disrespect shown is inexcusable. Do better - when someone asks for a special table due to an impairment, respect that request.

We went here to celebrate the passing of a great lady who worked for Denny's her whole life. I think she said she put 50 years in in the United States California She retired here in Canada and passed away at the beginning of this summer Rest well my good friend. Rest well

My husband ordered the fish and chips. The batter did not look great and I had the bourbon chicken skillet and mine was excellent 100% plenty to eat very satisfying.
