My only issue with this cafe is that their posted hours are 8am-2pm, but I've arrived multiple times recently at 8:10am just to find the door closed and locked, with the lights on but no one inside. Not sure what that's about, but the inconsistency is annoying and unfortunate because I love it there otherwise.

This is a really good spot for this coffee shop as it is near the hospital, my mom and I ended up here while we waited for my step dad at his appointment. I got a matcha latte (wasn't on the menu but when I asked they said they had it), and my mom got a regular latte and we shared a croissant and everything was amazing! My only complaint is the seating - overall not very comfortable as everything is bar seating and the middle tables don't have stools with a back. So I don't recommend going if you are planning on staying long or working. Although, maybe they don't want people to stay long hence the uncomfy seating.

Clean, modern space great for sitting down and enjoying a cup of coffee when you're in the city. The customer service was friendly. One thing I'd like to mention is I paid for an item, and it was only after that I was told it was unavailable. I was asked to select another item but everything else was cheaper than what I had originally paid for. It was awkward to ask for the difference back as it wasn't a big amount so I did not say anything, but as a business this is something your staff needs to be aware of
