The male worker there is a great guy but the lady isn’t the best listener. A few times I’ve asked for a Donair Box with RICE and got fries?!. FIRSTLY, WHY ON EARTH WOULD ID COME WITH FRIES ?! We don’t have to make everything “western” to put it nicely… for those who dislike seasoning. The Donair Box should come with rice. You don’t have an option for a “regular” dinner. I get shawarma because it’s relatively healthy.
SECOND, you use to sell BEEF in your BEEF donair…. Now when I ask for BEEF you give me GYRO ? The lady was unable to explain why they do that… I mean come on… why throw away your best dish ?! That’s also false advertising… next time I come, I’m going to ask for a free meal or my money back.
LASTLY, Please stop drenching your food in sauce. That tells your customer that you’re hiding something. I ordered shawarma not soup. That is the SECOND free meal I request because one time it was inedible.
The first time I visited to the location, the food was spectacular. The beef had flavour not too much sauce the veggies were fresh. The only negative was paying extra for rice.. it should be the other way around. The male there is very kind. The people are very kind. The place is very clean. I am a HUGE supporter of places like this and I live so close that if you adjusted your menu to its FULL POTENTIAL you would have a guaranteed customer 5 out of 7 days.
I know I am just one man who only reviews shawarma spots for the most part but trust me.. I know my shawarma… and if you can correct these things I’m sure you would do much better. I’d also be happy to change my review and then post your location on my social media platforms… Good luck.

I got their chicken and rice bowl. It was delicious, generously portioned, reasonably priced, and very filling. It was packaged and secured well through uber eats delivery. Great meal and definitely recommended to anyone, will order again.

They have good quality shwarma chicken. Not the one other shops have like panfried. Its real shwarma. Tender and flavourful. Good white long grain rice. Fries have good oil and are not dry. Totally can compete shelby legendary shwarma. Keep the prices good.

I was there today for my birthday dinner, I ordered a mix family combo and you know, it’s the best place in canada where i have been since i came here. I will come here again and again, the personal very kind and sweet, service on high level so i recommend it to everyone one, as must visit!!

Wow, what a hidden gem … likely not hidden to those in the ‘know’ …but new to me! This is my 3rd time here and wow … just wow! Everything made fresh in house & the taste/ flavour is AMAZING! In a sea of options for wraps/ bowl options in this city … this place stands alone and is #1! Zeynep served me & she is absolutely lovely.
