The filter coffee has taken a turn! It used to be the best on Locke street, but, lately it's been bitter and almost tastes like someone new is doing it who doesn't actually drink black coffee? possible overground/extracted.

Love the welcoming atmosphere of this local business, coffee was excellent and the Donnuts were delicious, much variety covering all taste buds! Certainly a very authentic place to enjoy a fresh Cup of coffee. Truly makes me happy to be able to support,such dedicated, well intentional, excellent attention to customer. Definitely coming back.

My absolute favorite donut place. I love that you can pre-order online and their instagram page does an excellent job of showing pictures of what is available to order. That is very helpful for visual eaters like myself. I have been here too many times to count.
** My review has changed as of my experience today. This place is now under new ownership. **
I went in today to order a box of donuts for a birthday. I walked in, no greeting. Said I am ordering a box of donuts for a birthday, silence. I picked my flavours and the box of 12 was done. Then I ordered an extra donut (filled) for me to have.
As I was driving home, I bit into my donut and it had no filling. I drove back and walked in with my donut and box as I also had some of the same filled donut and I needed them checked.
The response from the ladies was “oh..” they checked the box and alas, no filling in the donuts. They replaced the donuts and all that was said to me was “we checked the donuts and these are filled”. No “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”, no human interaction of any sort. That was a really sterile interaction considering that an error was made. I always order from this place vis pre orders, and I always come for the Olibollen every year. I have also introduced so many people to this place it truly was a fav until now. During COVID we frozen dozens of donuts in our freezer as a show of support. I have never felt so ignored and for that, today will be the last day I step foot or support this establishment. Check my reviews, I am a very reasonable person who also understands running a business as I have owned several. This was a special occasion in our family today so very disappointed.

Walked in jonesing for some donuts, walked out with a box of eight random flavours and a sincere doubt whether I should have bought more. Update: should've trusted my gut and bought more. Special shoutouts to both the banoffee pie the pecan butter tart flavours, we'll be seeing one another again some day.
