LOVE this place so much. The donuts are incredible. So rich and tasty and the flavours are unmatched. 10/10 highly recommend trying this place if you love donuts and want to have a tasty treat. Great for hosting and big gatherings! Affordable too.

A “Annie”
Ive been coming to Donut Monster for years, since it opened and really would like this establishment to become a regular place to meet up with friends over a coffee and occasionally donut. Unfortunately my most recent visit, two weeks ago, was not the best. My drip coffee was good but my friend’s cappuccino was terrible. She didn’t want to complain about it so she had a few sips and threw the rest away! I had ordered three donuts to take home to my kids. I asked for a box once I saw the server put them into three separate paper bags. When I asked for a box she said that it would cost $1. I then asked if you have to order six donuts a box and she said no, the minimum order is 4 for a box. Incredously, I said that if I had know that, I would have ordered four since I have to walk home in the crazy slippery snow; we just had a major snowstorm two days prior. No apology, no smiles, just awkward silence. So I said I didn’t want them. Still no apology. The other server who passed me my coffee was much better with customers.
I’m hoping that the servers get some good customer service training.

Today I tried to visit this restaurant with my friend with special needs that has a dog that she’s training to be a support dog. I was asked by the staff to leave this place, and it was asked for documentation. That end up being a full meltdown and crisis From my friend. Please be aware that by the law you not allowed to ask for the documentation Or ask for us to leave the restaurant, Pure discrimination. People that need to support dogs for anxiety and other reason reasons do not need to be confronted. Support dogs need to be trained in for that they need to go to the places.

First time visit. Tried the cinnamon spice and loved it. What can I say, I'm a simple guy. Took some apple fritters and sweet potato fritters home. The family went crazy. Dad scored. Great treats, thanks Donut Monster.

Bought on a promo of half dozen premium donuts 2nd half dozen free. The icing is overly sweet, way too sweet for us. We scraped as much of the icing off as we could. Some of the doughnuts were doughy. We gave the 2nd half dozen away as we weren't enjoying them.
