Was empty when I went but gods it was so incredibly loud somehow, both myself and my date were uncomfortable. Pricing feels like it suffers from being increased so that student discounts bring it down to regular pizza pricing. Was tasty but not great, if you love super thin crusts you'll love this place. Gave me some severe indigestion. Service was very lovely and friendly tho

6 people ate very well. Pizza, pasta, salad and those yummy dough balls. All very good and very reasonable prices wise. Would recommend and will definitely go back.

What a waste of time and cardboard pizza.
I tried doughbox first time at young street in toronto.
So i decided to go yesterday again at hamilton location because how good was first experience. Cardboard pizza no taste you cant even bite.
Rose pasta was super dry.
On top of that staff was literally yelling names. It Wasnt even busy.
Wasted $50 dollars.

Employee had no idea how to ring in specials listed on display board & poster so claimed couldn't offer?? The two working had to pull from their own wallets to make change for a cash sale. Tables were all sticky yet not busy so no reason for this.

The pizza had crisp crust on the outside and was doughy in the middle with no distinct taste. The wings were small and tasted bland. Not worth the visit for the price

The best part of the restaurant was that the staff were really friendly and very generous on the toppings. However, the hygiene standards were quite poor. Lots of cross contamination between the toppings (meat/sauce/cheese/vegetables) and the toppings did not look fresh and some even looked really unappetizing (blackened mushrooms/cheese stuck on meat/soggy pineapples and olives etc.)! Pizza base was quite soggy even after it had been cooked and just not appetizing at all. The restaurant itself is quite humid and as a result everything is quite sticky such as the table and the floor. I have been to other doughbox locations and I genuinely love going and getting the food from them, this was just a surprise for me.

Ordered I think the Combo for 2, definitely saved money and I think to be a good deal. However we were told would take 30 min, took 40+ min, which is okay however 3 other orders were completed before ours was and all 3 ordered were placed after, quite frustrating. Secondly our pizzas were done roughly 15 min before everything else and simply sat in the box on top of the glass counter. Pizza was cold by the time everything else was done very frustrating as we spent over $50.

Came in for lunch today and was meeting my work colleagues there. After being seated in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes (waiting on my coworkers) I was rudely approached by a female staff member asking if I was going to order anything. I said I was waiting for others to join me and she accepted that. Once 5 other coworkers joined me we all ordered our food at the same time. When we went to sit down and wait for our food there were 3 employees working behind the counter but none of them started making our pizza for 15 minutes. The staff was clearly disorganized and confused about what orders they were making and how food should be served to a table all at once or close to it. My one coworker went up to inquire about his food after 45 minutes of waiting and the manager told him “it got busy” and did not offer a refund or any explanation as to why they forgot his order which they had a receipt for. They finally made his pizza and we left. Will never be back. 0 customer service skills and a very disorganized, inefficient restaurant.

The food of doughbox , Hamilton is really not good. Don’t waste your money to go there.

Really bad, we ordered pizza, carbonara pasta and chicken rose pasta and 2 drinks, spent over 50 dollars. Both the pastas were so so so bad, so bland, the carbonara was nowhere near one. It was literally just some black pepper and penne. The pizza was super salty. Please avoid going. the only good thing were the drinks because they didn't make it :P.

We had a combo of 3 pizza, salad and pasta. We went at busy hours so need to wait long. Unfortunately wait wasn't worth it, we didn't like it that much, it was okay. Although the base of pizza and dipping sauce was really good. I would not recommend this place to a friend...
