Ordered gluten free penne on uber eats because I have celiac disease. The food arrives and it’s linguini which I found odd because there’s never gluten free in that style pasta. I call the restaurant because I wanted to make sure this was gluten free and the guy on the phone explained they ran out of gluten free penne. My partner explained I have celiac disease and can’t eat this and they said sorry we ran out we tried to call. They didn’t call even once so notify us of this. If I hadn’t called I would have been horribly sick for days from this. Couldn’t be more disappointed with a restaurant and their carelessness

Delivery driver was amazing. The restaurant refused to give my pizzas to the driver and then lied to me about it and did not want to refund. Good thing I went through an app and was able to get refunded

It was my first time trying DoughBox, the pizza was amazing. Proper wood fired pizza. Aman made my pizza and she was very helpful. Will be coming back soon 10/10

Maybe coat the pizza crust with a layer of garlic butter to enhance flavor prior to applying the sauce and toppings.

I will never return.

Don't waste your time ordering from this restaurant, I ordered online and paid online and the order was canceled an hour later. Now I have to wait 3 or 4 days for a refund! Absolutely unacceptable.

I have had dough box pizza a couple times. It has now turned into our favorite pizza in the city. I usually only have 1 slice but the pizza here is amazing and I can't get enough. The dough bites are soooo good to. I would recommend this place to everyone. Can't think I will be ordering pizza from anywhere else. I'm not a loyal customer for life. 👍
