Nothing about this was good...from the lackluster customer service from whoever took my order to the terrible dry food...we both ended up with food poisoning.

Food a bit bland and a bit pricey for size of portions. Ordered bbq pork fried rice and there was absolutely no pork in it. Not worth returning to get the order right but will instead order from somewhere else next time, since they can't even take the time to double check the order.

They were hard to reach on the phone four separate calls roughly five minutes apart. (Friday on a long weekend so very understandable ) Went to pick up friendly staff but the few tables they have were all dirty however everything about the food was good !

Used to be our go-to in town but I’d rather drive to another city for decent Chinese takeout than order from here again! They’ve gone down in terms of quality and taste. Second time in a row we received a cold sub-par lunch and I’m not about to try for a third time. It’s a shame - we always want to support local and family owned businesses but the food is terrible now.

I love this place! Delicious food, good prices, and such generous serving sizes. Dragon Island never fails to disappoint!

Located in Waterdown, I pre-ordered a large pickup, the food was ready on time for pick up and very tasty. Would highly recommend and order from this restaurant again. Loads of free parking

I'd like to order a complete meal at a Chinese restaurant, but instead I always end up with a pile of way too much of one thing. I guess Chinese food is better with lots of people, in order to mix and match dishes. If only there was some way to order a main with a few sides, and veggies? I'm probably just doing it wrong!

Greatest Chinese food in Town. I Love the young family that works so hard, and look to them as my takeout favourite ?

food is always super good, best chinese in town. only complaint is the price a little too expensive

I placed an order here and then left the building, when I returned it was someone who had placed their order after me who received their order before me. This happened 2 times, not just once. When I inquired about it, the lady said that the individual only ordered one thing and I ordered many. However I saw what the person ordered and it was multiple meals and not just "chicken fried rice" as she stated. I don't appreciate being lied to, or being made to wait when I was clearly ahead in the line-up. It shouldn't matter how many dishes someone orders, the next in line should be served in order that they placed their order.
