Had an amazing lunch at Bardo on Locke! The food was fresh, hearty, and full of flavor! The butternut squash soup was the best I've ever had and the bread that came with the hummus was high quality. Portion sizes were perfect. Our server Tyler was excellent and made for a wonderful dining experience.

Something has changed with the pizza dough. This used to be a guaranteed great pizza, if on the expensive side. I don't care for the new style. It was fine but a definite downgrade.

Food and service was great. We had a large group and our server was fantastic. My only complaint is the noise level. I've heard this from numerous friends as well, even those that don't wear hearing aids like myself. The sound reverberates to a painstaking level and makes hearing conversations extremely difficult. I wished restaurants would install sound baffles in their ceilings. It would solve the problem. This is the case in almost every restaurant, I experience regardless of quality.

I’ve eaten here maybe 10 times. The last time before today was around six months ago, and the pizza had always been great. Today, however, it was just an average pizza. The toppings were good as always, but the crust wasn’t. It used to be crunchy on the edges with nice air bubbles, soft in the middle, and a sourdough flavour. Today it was just a bready, Pizza Pizza's style crust.
It has definitely changed and feels downgraded from one of the best pizzas to just another pizza place. It’s a shame, and a huge downgrade.

Every time I visit the food is spectacular and the service is great! My favorite is the trout Bardo bowl. A must try. If you're craving pizza it is also delicious!

Shared an early supper with family this past Saturday for which a reservation had been made. The space is not large and it was filled to capacity and therefore too noisy for my liking. The wait staff were friendly and provided us with very good service. We enjoyed our food, which was delicious. The downside was that given that the door was constantly being opened and closed (and it was very cold outside) we were freezing the entire time. There are many tables that are fairly close to the door so the constant cold blasts couldn't be avoided by many customers. This should be remedied, with perhaps a second outside door (like exists at the Guelph location). There is no reason for patrons to suffer through a meal when this situation could be fixed.

Had a lovely time here! The decor is beautiful and the space feels very open and airy with comfortable seating. The food was definitely yummy, though I did notice a lingering MSG aftertaste. A huge shoutout to Alex, who provided excellent service—very attentive and friendly! Just a heads-up: it’s paid street parking only!

Just yappened to he; n the area and was able to snag 2 sandwitches, 1 veggie and One Meat and oh boy were they delsih. I am usually not a veggie sandwitch kind of person but wow it was so good love the chockpeas in it. Also loved the mozza and procicuito. But the pizza hot fang eas delish. Heated it up at home hours later and it was like i just bouhht it. so yummy. Cant wait to go back
