Had a birthday party for a friend here last night. The food was amazing and so well priced amd the service was great.Definitely the best little dive bar in the city.

I posted in a FB group looking for the best Dive bar in Hamilton and got some great suggestions. To be clear, I don’t say Dive maliciously, I’ve worked them. I love them. I truly prefer them to the fancy/trendy bars. But you have to find the right one. And the bar was set pretty high last night with Ed’s. The wings/poutine deal was awesome. The fries were CRISPY! I’ve seriously never had a poutine that wasn’t a soggy mess before. And the wings were perfect. It’s a small menu but the man knows how to cook.But the best part, even better than the food and reasonably priced booze was the staff. The owner Scott and bartender Sarah were super friendly without being overbearing, and you could tell they truly cared about every customer. Ed’s is a hidden gem and Scott deserves to see that place packed.

Food is unreal! Got the Buffalo chicken wrap, so much chicken and great fries. Definitely a dive bar but fully recommend!
Best pub style food in all of Hamilton hands down with affordable drink pricing, the owner goes above and beyond to always give us great service remembers our orders tastes or stories we tell, we love Scott and is our go to bar

Went in and tried out the weekly special the 'MacDaddy' nachos. They were absolutely delicious the Ed's signature sauce adds a twist to the classic big mac taste! The new owner and staff really bring in an inviting fun atmosphere will definitely be returning soon!

10/10 I go often when I know the server Em is in! She is absolutely wonderful and provides great service. Everytime we go the owner Scott is super friendly and makes great food at great prices.
