First off want to say, I have been going there for years but today was the last straw. Nothing in the store has a price tag. Everything you want to buy , you have to ask. A can of refried beans usually $5. ( fortinos us $3.79 today. Creams us $10. And plantain banana $4.50 cooked. The prices are very high . The person at cash was an older lady with no personality. The reason u gave 2 stars is their chicharon is good

Ordered two lunch specials, they weren’t that great. Ordered the sweaty meatballs with rice, potatoes and salad, with a side of soup and the portions were small for a $20 meal. There wasn’t much sauce on the meatballs. I order a pan de yuca and it was stale. It was very hard to bite. Best thing was the pan de bono, delicious! Bought a whole bunch ,frozen them, warmed them up the next day and tasted fresh! The natural juice was well done, too would recommend jugo de Mora.

The food is amazing, but MATEO alone deserves 10 stars! He makes the whole experience even better.

Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The food was very disappointing. That said, the staff were lovely, friendly, attentive, and welcoming, offering great customer service.

Pros:
The fresh made juices were a highlight flavourful and refreshing!

Cons:
The food quality was poor. The empanadas (both chicken and beef) were mostly filled with potato, with barely any meat inside. Honestly, they should be called mashed potato empanadas. On top of that, they were hard and difficult to eat.

The cheese breadstick was mostly bread, had no noticeable cheese, and was stale and tough to chew. The rice and salad I received were clearly not fresh they tasted reheated and seemed like they were made the day before.

The tamal was supposed to be chicken, but it was mostly just dense flour dough with barely any filling inside. There was hardly any chicken, and the overall taste was not good. Considering the portion size and lack of filling, it was definitely overpriced.

For the prices being charged, the food simply isn’t worth it. The portion sizes are small, and the overall quality doesn’t justify the cost. There are other Latin stores that offer better food for much more reasonable prices.

Additionally, the Colombian product section in the store doesn’t display prices, and the items are significantly overpriced compared to other well-known supermarkets that carry the same products. As a customer, I expect to see clear pricing before making a purchase.

From a customer perspective, the food served isn’t fresh it’s stale, reheated, and not suitable for consumption. For the small portions being offered, the pricing is unreasonable. I truly want to support Latin-owned businesses, but it’s difficult to do so when the quality doesn’t match the cost.

We love Columbian food - service was very good, friendly and efficient! We asked about the soup selections and the chef bought out a sample for us to try. Portion size is very generous! The bathroom is super clean . We will definitely be back from Buffalo !

Legit one of my favourite places to eat in the city. They usually always have fresh items ready to go and never disappoint.
