While the food at this restaurant was not bad, unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The real issue lies in the service — and sadly, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. There were no smiles, no warmth — just a cold, almost rude approach to communication. zero effort to make guests feel comfortable or valued.
That said, I do want to mention one more positive: the boy inside the bar. He was polite and showed a level of respect.
Dining is not just about the food; it’s about the overall experience — and this place completely missed the mark. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant meal out. If you truly love their food, consider ordering in instead. Dining in? Definitely not worth it.
Incredible food and atmosphere. Cocktails some of the best we've had. Can't recommend enough!
We had lunch and although it is a big place, it felt cozy and we could easily hear each other. Home fries were seasoned to perfection
Food was delicious! Been meaning to check this place out for a while. Prices are pretty steep but food did not disappoint. The 80s theme is awesome and they have constant music videos playing
First time eating here. Great atmosphere. Great music playing.
The standard Cheeseburger was amazing, with fries and gravy. The blackened chicken was really good, as was the Classic Fried Chicken. Portions were generous. We had the brownie s'more and warm donut bites for dessert, which were quickly gobbled up.
Lily, our server, was super friendly, attentive with a refreshing personality. Will definitely eat here again!
Overall a good experience. Took a bit to be sat, even with our reservation. Both food and drinks were very slow to come out but was overall good. Quite pricy but good portions.
Nice spot for brunch. Good value!
Donut bites: 8$ for around 8 balls
Grilled cheese +soup :$21
I love this diner and it's aesthetic, it's very 80's mixed with 50's decor. There's a ton of art in the walls.
The music is loud, and it's definitely aiming for that 80's rollerblading arena vibe.
The staff are wonderful. The selection of food is interesting.
The donut bites are the size of a quarter and a bit expensive for how much it is. And they don't come with many.
Great atmosphere. There’s a fairly big menu with lots of options with both classics and fusions. Service was pleasant. Restaurant was clean. Everything was fresh with nice presentation and cooked perfectly. I would go back and try a couple things on breakfast lunch and dinner menus that looked really good. Worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for a cool spot that’s casual but trendy with a nice bright environment. If you’re going at peak times you may want to call or book ahead.
Yummy all around.

Hands down best Benedict I’ve ever had. Service was great
Food was good. Server was friendly.
Food and atmosphere was amazing! But the service was horrible, we might as well been serving ourselves with how many times we had to ask others that were walking by that were not our server for things like ketchup, drink refills, napkins.
First and foremost the wait staff was absolutely terrible!!! They had added a mandatory tip since there were 10 of us. Not a single water pitcher re-filled through the entire evening, multiple of us had to ask for the cheque MULTIPLE times he seemed more interested in the female employees than serving.
Next the food, a basic Ruben sandwich at $25- corned beef was over cooked and exceedingly dry. The shakes, I had a cinnamon toast crunch shake @$13 it was a vanilla milkshake with some cereal blended inside it with a few on top and very small portion. The fries were Cavendish specials from no frills however the gravy was delicious.
The burger was really good. The fries were too salty. The service was lacking. Lots of staff standing around, but not doing a lot. The prices were fair. The whole place has a run-down feeling to it. Parking nearby was either hard to get (street parking) or expensive (paid lot).
