Bustling but quaint family-friendly restaurant. The staff keep customer service top of mind. When I identified that I have a gluten allergy, the manager came over and explained all the items that I could eat where the soy sauce and marinade was not included/could be removed.The food is delightful, on the lighter side but packed with flavour. The pricing is higher, but well-worth when you consider the quality of food.I had the chicken wings with fish sauce, and added the crispy rice. My older sister and I ordered the Vietnamese coffee. My little sister & her partner order the banh mi sandwich and short ribs.An awesome option for foodies who might want a family-friendly atmosphere for dining out. Would recommend for larger groups, and perhaps to order a bunch of options to share to kick your Vietnamese-food cravings, or explore a few creatives on fusion dishes.Dietary restrictions: Celiac, gluten-freeParking: Parking on the street and on the side street around the corner

During our dine in today, our order took awhile, my wife got her order first, I got mine after a long while, I specifically ordered no cilantro but the order I got have a ton of it so I told the older guy wearing long sleeves that what I ordered, he just turned his back in a rude manner without saying anything, realizing that It might take long to get my order I followed the guy and saw him at the bar taking out the cilantro so I told him I'll do it myself, he rudely replied in a higher time of voice "I don't know if you want me to take it out or I take it out!“ I almost lost my cool and told him he does not have to be rude. The young waiter was apologetic when I confirmed to him what I ordered but the old guy didn't even apologize. We ate their multiple times already but this is the only time we encountered this guy with an attitude. We are never coming back and let everybody we know about this incident. I do not recommend this place.

Our favourite viet restaurant in Hamilton hands down! You can tell the quality of the ingredients in all the dishes. Even the subtle details like the fresh herbs and presentation that other pho restaurants don’t provide. Never disappoints!
One of the best bun bo hue I have ever eaten. The spot is super comfortable clean and well-designed it's very rare to see a Vietnamese restaurant of this caliber and on top of it in Hamilton. I hope they open a second location in Toronto being that's where I live. But regardless I'm going to have to Hamilton to get this again. The staff and owner are very nice this place is definitely a 10 out of 10

We stumbled upon this Vietnamese restaurant and had no expectations and was blown away at the food & service.Don’t let the exterior of the building form your judgement, it is a nicely renovated and clean restaurant inside with amazing staff and super amazing tasting food.It is a fine dining Vietnamese restaurant, this is not your typical pho place. Everything is carefully crafted and presented; we loved it!Will definitely be coming back! We had the banh Minh with beef, pho special (always my go to order) and the lemongrass beef vermicelli. We also tried the hot and cold version of the Vietnamese coffee which was amazing as well!

I have driven passed this restaurant and even looked up the menu on line. I will admit I was intimidated so I thought I would go inside for a peek. Am I ever glad I did right from my first step into this lovely establishment I was so very impressed . The very helpful server answered all my question she was so delightful and patient . The flavours were so delicious and so very different from anything I have ever encountered absolutely delicious and fresh and portions were very large the chicken chunks and huge shrimp was the biggest surprise . I will most certainly be back and recommend this restaurant. Do not be worried if you're unfamiliar the wonderful and patient staff are eager to help. I was so very impressed.
