This place was so much fun! I went here with family, not expecting much since I have never done an escape room. We had such a good time in the first room (asylum), that we ended up booking a second room. We waited an hour and in the meantime, we ordered the buffalo chicken nachos (SO good). We got some more drinks (yes, you can drink while doing the rooms but do not recommend if you plan on escaping 😉) and played cards against humanity while we waited. The atmosphere was very chill and our guide, Olivia was amazing. She dealt with our tipsy, silly selves very well. The bartender was also super chill. We will all definitely be going back! 10/10.

The room was flawless, and the staff were very friendly and really got into the spirit of the room! We are not from Hamilton, so it was nice that the staff gave recommendations for nearby restaurants.

I love this place! Not only are the escape rooms wonderful, but the people who work there are SO helpful and kind. We booked off the darts lanes to host a group of friends, and ordered some large food platters. The people assisting with our group went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The food was 10/10, the music was SO good, and the space was the perfect size and vibe. Thank you to the crew working last night for being so great!
And, on another note, Cabin 13 is amazing if you’re into a bit of a scarier escape room experience!! :)

From the moment we arrived, the vibe was fantastic. The décor set the mood, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and expected. The lounge was intimate and stylish, and the cocktails were fun and well-crafted. Once we were settled, Olivia—fully in character—got us started, which was a fantastic touch.
The escape room was challenging in the best way—tough enough to keep us thinking, but very satisfying when things clicked. The clues were well-timed and helpful. We were also able to play darts afterwards, which was a ton of fun.
We visited as a multi-generational family, and it was the perfect “everyone’s home for the holidays” activity. The entire team was friendly and service-oriented, and we truly felt welcome throughout our visit. We’ll definitely be back.

Each experience is perfectly brain-tickling and immersive (We’ve done 3 so far) This holiday season we experienced their seasonal room Santa’s Secret and our host Maya earned their flowers helping us to reach the finish without too much hand holding. Apologies for our tipsy confusion, Maya, the in-room alcohol amenities were too tempting to resist!

Booked Asylum for a birthday, the room theme was awesome. Alicia our guide was great! We didn't end up beating it in time, but would definitely come back for a second attempt 😆
My family and I just did the final viewing escape room here and it was hands down not only the best escape room we have ever done but the best escape room experience. From the moment we stepped into the building we were greeted with just the warmest energy from all of the staff. Our escape room host Alicia was outstanding. She made sure our experience was perfectly geared towards our group, and was so attentive and helpful the entire time. Alicia truly helped make our experience so great! I wish I could give more than a 5 star recommendation, because our experience was above and beyond anything we could have imagined!!! 10 out of 10!! You have got to go here!!

We’ve done more escape rooms than we can count — several of them at your location — and this experience was truly fantastic. Our host stayed completely in character and made the entire adventure so much fun.
Before heading in, we enjoyed cocktails, and our server, Yoojin, was absolutely fabulous. We were thrilled to have her again after finishing our room when we decided to stay for a couple more drinks. She surprised our son with a birthday dessert — totally unexpected and unnecessary, but incredibly thoughtful. It really made the evening feel special.
Your manager, Mya, also went above and beyond. After overhearing us chatting at the table, she treated us to a special Christmas gift. Her generosity and warmth truly stood out and added yet another memorable touch to the night.
My wife and I both come from the hospitality industry, so we deeply appreciate when a team delivers genuinely exceptional service. Yoojin and Mya were outstanding, and they made our son’s birthday — and our entire experience — something we’ll remember.
