Shout out to the amazing customer service at Fairweather Brewing! I placed a large order as a Christmas present for my husband (knowing he loves the beer here and it can often sell out at our local shop where we get it in Toronto). Unfortunately the order got lost somewhere in transit by the courier. When I called Fairweather to inquire if I could re-order but send via a different courier to insure delivery by Christmas they went above and beyond by not only resending the package (without additional cost) but also hand delivering it to Toronto that evening. This business not only makes fantastic beer but also provides truly caring customer service. Thank you!
One of the best breweries I’ve been to. Every beer had a delicious and distinct taste, the atmosphere was welcoming and the trays with the playing cards that came with each flight was kitschy and cute.
Tip: Get a flight rather than one beer on your first visit. They have too many interesting beers to only taste one!
Super cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The beers are absolutely sensational. The employees are incredibly nice, especially Chloe. She simply made our day better with a smile. Definitely an ideal place to have a drink with your friends!
DONNA. Donna. I love DONNA. Don. Na.
Literally the best place everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
The staff is always awesome. Beer is unrivaled.
The vibe is so lovely.
Way to go Fairweather team!
Their can of beer DONNA is an unbelievable insult to catholic religious feelings, and absolute humiliation of Catholics.
Very dissatisfied with the actions of the brewery, disgusting. I will never set my foot there.
If I could give 0 star, I would. It’s blasphemy in my opinion.
UPDATE!
Finally, back again! The gorgeous sunny weather of this past weekend had us and our dog out to the west end on Sunday. With weather like that, the Fairweather (dog-friendly)patio was an obvious stop. Enjoyed a drink of another my favourite Fairweather offerings - Dream Pop - it is delicious.

Enjoying a delicious glass of Beki as I write this. Finally visited Fairweather on the Civic holiday, having tried several of their offerings from the local bottle shop (shout out to Endless Bar & Bottle Shop). What a great place! Two outdoor seating areas and lots of room indoors as well. The staff are so welcoming and obviously enjoy their work. We tried Loosie and Beki, both of which were fantastic. Had to bring home several Beki. We'll be back soon.
Stopped in for quick tasting as we have had their beer at an event and really enjoyed it. The brewery is very inviting and love the evening lighting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do not have a food menu but said you can bring your own food and enjoy their beers which is a fun idea. Took home a 6 pack of our favourite beer “upper Crust” and will be back again.
Amazing beer, amazing space, amazing service.
Such an incredible first experience at Fairweather with my wife! The artwork is unbelievable, the vibes are totally there (even when there were only a few tables right at opening time), and the beers were incredible!!!
If you’re a stout fan, TRY THE MADRUGADOR! It is nitro on-tap and seriously had the best balance of coffee / chocolatey / almond flavours I’ve experienced at a microbrewery in a ✨hot minute✨.
All in all, so amazing. I loved this place. Very excited for our next visit as we get into even more fall weather!

Best brewery in Hamilton hands down!
Had an absolute blast at Fairweather. Their beers are great and their staff is super friendly. Love the fact that they do tasting flights and have their take-home beers chilled and ready to go. Will definitely be going back.
Nice place with a cozy patio & a nice selection of beers !
Nice spot!! Enjoyed the dream pop. Dogs had a good time aswell
Stopped by for the first time to sample their beers. On my way out I chose 6 beers to go. The server asked for $40 for the 6 beers. I said that's not possible at $4 - $5 per beer, I had to push back 3 times before she showed me the detailed bill that had an extra charge on it. She then admitted the error. I left without the 6 pack and will not be back.
