Jesse was our server. He was extremely friendly and checked on us often. In a good way.
Food came very fast and was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious.
We will be returning next time we are in Hamilton.

Any time I ever go in your establishment, half menu is not available, also if you wonder why your neighbours “ cause & effect “ are closing down, it’s same problem as you, McDonald’s has better customer service, I mean I never ever came in there without watching servers chat same 2 ppl for 30 mins who spend no more then 20 bucks. Never again, I’ll see your “selling” listing very soon I’m sure 😂

Atmosphere and service is your saving grace. If you plan on going here for anything other than the food then you found the right place. This is possibly the worst pasta I’ve ever had. At this point, it’s not even pasta. It’s a noodle oil bath. If im paying over $20 for my food, I’d expect it to be made proper. Our server was incredibly nice and understanding. She already took care of food and made us not pay for it, so thank you. Amazing service and atmosphere, terrible food.

My friend and I came here to have some drinks and a little bit of snacks. Server was so nice and accommodating. We got ourselves some cab sav wine, sesame chicken and chicken tenders with fries.

I read some of the reviews and can't justify some such as someone said the stew was to hot and I burnt my mouth are you not smart enough if it's hot don't put it in your mouth and let it cool down first the reviews left here don't make sense the people leaving them seem like morons

I’ve been here a few times and usually and quite pleased with the experience! Unfortunately, my last visit (this past Tuesday) left a bad taste in my mouth. Our server was extremely kind but when my food was brought out there was a huge black hair in/on my side Caesar salad. It was so obvious that I noticed it right away, in fact I pointed it out to the server as she placed the plate on the table. She took the salad away and brought me a new one. I didn’t make a big scene about it because I know it wasn’t her fault, I also know the kitchen staff did not intentionally put hair in my food. However, it is obviously extremely gross and can definitely spoil an appetite. When the bill came I expected something may have been comped? Maybe a discount? Maybe offered a free dessert or something? Maybe a manager come out and apologize? But nothing. I didn’t complain and I still tipped 18% but I’d by lying if I said the incident didn’t stick with me (so much so to write a google review).
Makes me wonder if I did get visibly upset would they have done more? I think patrons that are cool headed should be given the same courtesy’s are those who are not. Anyway, not the biggest deal but perhaps just some advice for the management.
Can’t speak on the food or atmosphere as I had placed an order for delivery. My order was placed and confirmed by the restaurant at 10:49pm. The restaurant is open until midnight. When my order was confirmed it indicated 31 minutes until delivery…cool. 11:35pm hits (after I watched my driver go to the restaurant) and I get a notification my order was cancelled because the restaurant is closing. I’m sorry, if you’re open until midnight, and my order is placed and confirmed more than an hour before closing, absolutely no reason this should have happened. Lazy and awful customer service!! I’m not happy nor will I spend my money here now. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth 👎🏻

Our server was fine. Attentive and nice. I would say as an establishment, there some opportunities here. Bartenders taking multiple shots and allowing their friends or regulars to vape. Not a good scene. Food was decent and what I would expect for what I paid. I just don't think I can come back here given the ambience and behaviour of staff with the shots and vaping
The service was very, very slow on a Saturday evening around 6:00 pm. Waited 15 minutes to be seated, then 15-20 minutes to be served. Told they were under staffed, however, see staff standing around talking.
Food was not the best, kids burgers were big, however, over cooked, crunchy???
Garden Burger had no avocoto as stated on menu, and fries dark oil in fryer need changing??
Very disappointed overall.
Did speak with manager and sid give us a free appetizer (Thank You).
