Ordered a Montreal smoked meat sub, asked for no onions and to add green peppers. When I recieved the sub it had onion and no green peppers, when a asked the employee why my order was wrong he didn't want to help fix it.

I can't get over how fantastic my hero sub was! It was huge, filled with meat and the bun was so fresh! I was full afterwards and usually any sub place I go to I have to order two to fill me up but that's not the case here! Wonderful service as well!

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Lately, this location has been disappointing.

I'm not sure if there was a change in ownership or management. They may have even let go of the Twins, which were phenomenal staff. But this location is now lacking quality and service.

My last order, the staff was arguing with each other as if they had several orders to fill and overwhelmed. There were only two of us customers waiting in store. The toaster machine was piling with buns that had just been sitting there.

Another order I made online could not be made. I was waiting 10 minutes at the counter. The staff advised they can't refund my order and I would have to contact support. They could only offer a sub of lesser value. Upon contacting support, refunds can only be processed in store.

Another online order without mayo, had mayo on the sub. This is a mistake like Tim Hortons would make. I waited 10 minutes past when the order was due. Plus another 2 minutes to get hot sauce to go.

Disappointing.

Usually love these subs, first time at this location. Stopped in on our way home from a hike ordered and payed for 3 subs, got home only had 2 out of the 3. Wasn't busy at all so just make sure you check your order before you leave here.

Quite possibly the worst sandwichI have ever had. Ordered the large Italian with double meat. Only received tomotoes, lettuce and onions. Requested pickles, cucumbers and banana peppers but I guess they got lost. I assume there was italian dressing on it as the bottom bun was soggy but I couldn't really taste it. There was supposed to be cheese but all I saw was some dried up remnants of what may have been cheese. The double meat was all honey ham and not salami or peperoni. All I tasted was that sweet nasty honey ham. I've had better subs for half the price in Hamilton. Won't be back.
