Staff didn't explain it well that the toaster didn't work at all and only steam so the bread was cold and somewhat hard . Worst firehouse sub I've ever had . For the price I expect more

Okay so don't get me wrong it's THE best sub I've ever had. They don't stinge on the toppings and the meat is like fresh deli shaved meat. However...$20 for a sub is very hard for me to digest. But once in awhile it's definitely worth it.
