It was okay, no better than Subway.
A tiny bit pricey. The sandwiches are EXCELLENT! You do get what you pay for I guess. A much better value than the guy from Jersey in terms of the amount of cold cuts. If they were 10-15% cheaper? A slam dunk of a deal.
Great all around. Love the Hook & Ladder sub, as well as the Smoked Brisket. Delicious.
Love going to this franchise. They have great subs, a great story and good add ones. First time at this location. Club sandwich was great, they gave us a side pickle which looked good but ultimately didn't eat since it had a hair on it. Either accidentally from a sweater, facial hair, etc.
The only thing that stood out as odd to me, when the sandwich was full the worker held it over a garbage can to squeeze out access liquids so it wouldn't be soggy. Which I get. Not sure why holding it over the garbage can was necessary...

Disappointed in the value for your money. I paid $17.00 for a BLT! I added black olives and onions along with the standard BLT topppings.when I got home there was hardly any toppings. I could go to subway and get toppings over flowing out of my sandwich for less. Firehouse needs to do better. What submarine place doesn’t include cheese? Will not go back.

I come here almost daily from monday to thursday. The staff are amazing, recognizing me and remembering my name for my order. I dont always order the same thing but they will remember your order if you regularly get the same thing! Service is outstanding and Quality of the food as not gone down from day one. Always great and ALWAYS hits the spot! Thanks Firehouse team!
