Honestly, extremely disappointed. I ordered the “Blue fin RED tuna set”. My set (see photo) was far from red and I am not colourblind.When I called, the staff just said “It is dependent on the season which is why the bluefin tuna is grey. There is nothing we can do.”Keep in mind the transportation time was only 15 minutes. I understand fish can be oxidized. But “fresh” bluefin red tuna should not oxidize to this extent in that timeframe. Paired with the almost beef like colour, the smell was also not fresh. I would avoid ordering this if you can.—-“According to Lacademie, raw tuna that has spoiled will appear off-colored, usually with a milky look or with shades of brown. Meanwhile, healthy raw tuna is a deep red or a light pink color. If your fish has started to change color or you see some sort of growth (like mold) toss that fish in the trash.”
