My friend ordered take out from Five Guys, the buns on the Burgers arrived cold and Soggy. I had to reheat in the air fryer, it tasted so much better once it was warm and toasted. The poutine was delicious! Nice and piping hot when it arrived and was still warm once I finished my Burger. Thanks Five guys!

Disgusting burger. I got a veggie with cheese. Bread was so sloppy and everything was a mush. People working there have the same gloves on for the longest time. Will not be coming again. Stoney Creek Location.

What a absolute rip off this is a small fry very disappointing. Five dollars and the bag was barely filled what happened to the generous helping of fries. He used to get five guys. I would totally recommend not coming to this location. Staff or rude food is a poor quality And on top of it they rip you off.

I visited Five Guys today and had a really great experience. The service was quick, the team was welcoming, and everything felt organized and friendly. I especially want to mention Hyma, she was incredibly kind and attentive, and her positive attitude really stood out.

Nothing over the top, just genuine good hospitality that makes you appreciate the people behind the counter. I’ll definitely be coming back. Great food, great service, and a great team.

Nice food, nice staff, fries are awesome & so are the burgers, restaurant’s large enough to find a seat anywhere at the busiest time of day, & they have high chairs for kids. Place is usually clean as well.

The consistency is always good, burgers are super tasty, service is solid, this location was nice and clean. My only issue with 5 guys is it's just more of a treat than something consistent because the value just isn't there which is why this gets 4 stars from me. A burger and fries just shouldn't cost that much. Otherwise the food is great!
