Five Guys. Nothing to really do with five men. Pretty decent mix of men and woman. Serious note, burgers are fire, shakes are fire, fries are gas. Unfortunately it is expensive. But it’s deft good. Worth the price. Please add some chains in the Niagara Region so I don’t need to drive to Hamilton for this.

Ordered a cheeseburger. The lady who works there opened an already made one and moved the patty to my burger. Totally disgusting. I'm not allergic but what if someone else is. They also need to learn how to clean the grill regularly. Patties are always burnt.

Five Guys is easily my favourite chain burger fast food restaurant. The food is always good and fresh. The burgers are real juicy and delicious and the fries are also good as well. They have a good fountain machine and offer free refills. The only thing I dislike is that the good, fresh food they offer unfortunately is offset by the high prices on the food sadly, but that is just how it is...

What can I say, food was good as always. I have yet to visit a 5 Guys that disappoints. The staff was quick and food was exceptional. I went towards the end of the night before they closed so it was pretty empty. I'll go back for sure.

We tried Five Guys Restaurant for the first time last weekend. I must admit, it was much better than I expected. It was a little busy as expected on a Saturday evening. The wait wasn’t long as they seem to have their expediting system figured out.We had takeout, two large fries and two bacon cheeseburgers. Upon getting home, I realized that they gave us twice the amount of fries as ordered…I think this was intended as there were only two fry containers. A nice surprise. Everything tasted great, we couldn’t finish the fries but the burgers didn’t stand a chance.It was a little pricey, as I expected, but it was worth it.Parking: Easy to find a spot just out front.

Very slow service, understaffed place. Burgers were okay, fries were horrible. No self-ordering machines, long line at the cashier, lots of seating available though.Loved the refillable drinks and ketchup and the complimentary peanuts. They were good even though they have no connection to burgers or a burger place and do not go well with the taste of fast food served there. Definitely not worth the hype.

Food was good once I finally got it. Waited in line for 15 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked where my order is as they were calling orders way past mine, only to be told they lost it. They made it “right away” and it took an additional 15 minutes. I was about to walk out when I looked in my bag and there was only 1 of the 4 that was placed.

The food was good, I've always liked Five Guys, but the experience I had last night was bizarre and unsettling. While eating our food, a worker came to our table with a broom and asked us to 'lift our legs' so she can sweep under us. Having spent 4 years in the restaurant business, I was always trained to never sweep around customers while they eat, as dirt particles fly into the air making it quite unsanitary. To have a worker uncomfortably interrupt our meal, and conversation was odd, but to do it to sweep was frankly unsettling. I understand there is a job to do, but sweeping under tables should be done when customers leave, in preperation for new customers to come and sit. An off putting experience and hopefully management reads this is gives a retraining to some employees about how awkward, uncomfortable, and gross this experience was. Disappointing.
