We stopped in this day 05/10/2025 about 1:15 P.M., we ordered 2 orders of small fries, but the nice lady proprietor gave us a medium size fries for the price of a small (we mentioned we were up there earlier in the week) and her son was opening for her (he came in late) so he wasn’t ready) for business, as they do open at 11:00 A.M. The lady stated she had other obligations to attend to, and asked the son to open. Needless to say, on this day, the fries were cut fresh (Russet Potatoes) and fried up nicely. Nice and hot, they have all the necessary condiments, also serve other food items: hot dogs, burgers Fish & Chips, sodas and more. Overall enjoyable snack on this day. Wasn’t greasy and oil tasted fresh.

Fries and poutine are fresh here 8/10 could see the bags of potatoes in the truck; like the other reviews mentioned chips were fried on darker side. I don't recommend the fish was very bland for me and a bit greasy 2/10. Prices are very reasonable.

First time we bought fish and chips and double hamburger. Didnt get any tartar sauce, wasnt even asked if i would like some. And the burger was dry. Thought we would check the place out and was rather disappointed. Oh well , next .
Picked up the family pack fish and fries for good Friday. Fish was very good. Batter was very good, light and golden. Clean oil. They definitely don't skimp out on the fries. Forget boxed fish easier to order from the truck save cooking time and same price.

I'd seen this fry truck parked there for years, and had always thought it would be cool to check it out, out of sheer curiosity.In addition to satisfying my curiosity, the fish and chips were excellent; the fish was light-tasting and the fries had that amazing fresh-cut flavour to them that you simply don't get from frozen. Incredibly generous portions at shockingly good prices.The lady at the window was friendly and competent, and we didn't have to wait long before our steaming hot food was ready for us.We'll be back!
