Cery delicious vegan option in Hamilton. Staff was kind and attentive, adding small details to the experience. I got the bundle for 1, a good option for lunch. I got quinoa onion rings, cobb salad, and Smores cookies, then added the crispy dumping. Quinoa onions was cooked well and came with a tasty sauce. Cobb salad was presented well, with fresh veggies and delicious sauce. Crispy dumplings were excellent, stuffed well with flavor. Serving size was excellent. Overall an excellent lunch.

Love that there is a Fresh in Hamilton now! My juice and rice bowl were great, very fresh and flavourful. The delivery was fast and reliable. The only thing that lacked was the miso gravy. It's not the same viscosity it has been in the past, it was very watery and didn't stick to the fries at all. Has it changed or was that just a bad batch?

Fresh is my absolute favourite vegan restaurant. I've been to fresh on Spadina, fresh on Hurontario, fresh on front, and wow! Just top notch! But Fresh HAMILTON is just so disappointing. I've given this place multiple chances and everytime I either get stale soggy bread, incorrect incredients, or just overall hard to swallow bad food. Yuck!

THIS IS NOT A VEGAN RESTAURANT.I have a severe dairy allergy and had an allergic reaction from their Buffalo Cauliflower dish, which I have gotten at one of the Mississauga locations before without any issue.I have tried contacting them to confirm if they were indeed vegan like they say, "plant based" on their website, but they have yet to answer and they are NOT VEGAN.Among this I had another issue, they forget 3 of the 5 items i ordered. They did not provide me with the dessert I ordered nor the salad dressing i ordered

Lived in Toronto for 20 years and enjoyed many meals at/from Fresh. Was feeling nostalgic last night and tried delivery from the Hamilton location. Was terribly disappointed. All food arrived cold. Fries were undercooked but DRY. Buddha bowl was bland and soba noodles were overcooked. Only the tofu tasted like what I used to get in Toronto. There is plenty of great food in Hamilton, and this is not it.

my only regret was not going here sooner!!!! okay so I absolutely ADORE fresh (I’ve been to the toronto locations several times) but I was a bit skeptical about trying this take out only location based off all the negative reviews. howeverrrr my experience was so amazing & therefore I need to document everything so other people will be willing to give it a try too.okay so I got the protein bowl & ordered it about 10 minutes before I came to pick it up which was *perfect* timing. the bowl was warm/wasn’t sitting too long and the overall taste was incredible. I’d recommend ordering like 10-20 minutes before you arrive so that the food isn’t sitting too long/getting cold. it’s a quick service location so stuff gets done fast!!! (which is very nice if you’re in a hurry). overall, don’t believe the reviews that talk about how cold/awful the food was - as this definitely isn’t the case for all customers.okay next, I got a size large bc so many people on here complained about the portions being extremely small which couldn’t be further from the truth!!!! I have an extremely big appetite & I always finish my food when I order out, however the portion I got for this was HUGE and very filling (which was very nice). so I was able to save half of the bowl for later. that is a win-win people!!!!the staff were also A+ (just gonna throw that out there). matthew (the lovely person who packaged my food) was very nice when I came to pick up the food and also left the sweetest note on my order form. the kindness. ugh unreal. good food and service ?? don’t sleep on this ppl!!!!finally, I’m just going to talk about pricing real quick. okay so another thing people mentioned about this location was that the pricing was through the roof/very unreasonable - which, again, in my experience was so wrong. this bowl (which was massive!!!!) costed $20 which is a super good price for two portions worth of vegan food. most vegan restaurants charge around that price/sometimes more than that for something that’s not as large and/or filling!!!! overall, the value of this place is unmatched.I will definitely!!!! be back to get other items off the menu in the future bc dang I love fresh so much & I’m so happy there’s one in hamilton

I figured I'd give this place a try since the concept seemed pretty cool and it's near everywhere I go frequently. Unfortunately, it was probably the most disappointing order I've ever had from an East Side Mario's.... Missing half of the condiments for the salad (including the dressing so I had plain lettuce and some bacon), ordered extra sauce for the pasta which I didn't get, and I received no butter for the garlic loaf.I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because the girl at the counter was super nice and helped me mod an item that the kiosk didn't allow me to.

We've been going to the Fresh Restaurants in Toronto for 15 years so we were excited when Fresh opened in Hamilton. Be warned! It's not like the Toronto restaurants. The buns are super low quality and stale, burgers are tiny and come still cold inside. The fries seemed like they had been precooked but not finished, so pale and soggy. Even the sauces taste bad. I don't see how a place could get so much wrong. It's like they don't care at all. We've tried three times now and I won't be going back. I've got better ways to spend $90.

I don’t know what you guys are doing at the Hamilton location, seems like you would’ve had better luck with an actual Fresh kitchen and not at a ghost kitchen. My order was cold and completely wrong. It’s a shame because the food we’ve had at your chain in Toronto is some of our favorite. You get an extra star for that. Hope you guys can fix it because we could really use a proper Fresh here.

As soon as one of my fav go-to spots for those 'self-care' days came to Hamilton I had to place an order! Fresh on Crawford and Eglinton were my 2 locations before moving to Hamilton just prior to the pandemic.This location looks a little different (pick up only), however, I'm happy to say my BBQ burger (one of my most ordered choices) was just how I remembered it, and so were the yummy fries with Chipotle Mayo!! Of course, I had to get my favorite Green cold pressed juice. I am a meat eater, but this was as satisfying as I remember it to be. Totally made my day :) Thanks for coming to Hamilton!
