My wife ordered a salad on line it was missing Avocado, aged cheddar, black beans.. THESE WERE STANDARD IN THE DARN SALADE.. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN!!? Also it wasn’t even full…. It’s bad enough the bowls they use are now half the size they used to be…. After paying $51 friggin dollars for.2 salads… I would expect this to be perfect !! I will never order here again…. Super disappointed

I ordered a custom take out salad and when l got home to eat it, it was disgusting. The greens were wilted, the was very little romaine lettuce, which you pay for, broccoli had turned yellow, and there were 6 tiny pieces of steak ($3.99). I asked for two servings of yogurt dressing and barely received one serving. I paid about $20.00 for this salad and it is worth about $2.00. I can't eat half of it. The name of the restaurant implies fresh, but that is the farthest from the truth.

Will never order from here again. I’m a long time Freshii customer and I’ve never been so disappointed. My past few orders I’ve noticed the quality and quantity have both been lacking but this was the last straw. I ordered the Buddha satay bowl for my daughter’s birthday dinner as that’s all she wanted and the noodles weren’t cooked at all. I paid extra for literally 1/8 of a slice of avocado and 3 chunks of tofu. Not to mention there was hardly any sauce (which was watery). The whole family got the same meal and all had the same issue. My order was delivered so I called the establishment and no answer. Dint waste your money.

Absolutely not worth the money. I ordered from Freshii and the quantity was laughable. For these prices I expect a proper meal, not a kid-sized portion. Feels like they’re cutting corners and hoping people don’t notice. Total rip-off.
