I recently visited the Freshii location on Upper James and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food, which was not only unsettling but also unacceptable.
The lack of quality control and attention to detail in the kitchen is concerning. As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and care in the preparation of my meal.
I hope that the management takes steps to address this issue and ensures that their customers receive the quality of food and service they deserve.

I held off on writing a negative review because it's a franchise but after being disappointed so many times, I think it is time. The meat quality at this Freshii location is horrible. The chicken is quite literally some type of fatty bi-product. We used to get it for lunch for everyone at work but have stopped now because of this. Most of the meat is usually not edible. Today I decided to change it up because it's the only "healthy option" close by, I ordered a soup. Not too sure the photo captures it but it's literally about an inch thick of some type of glowing orange oil on top. I will not be eating this and honestly I want a refund. It's so disappointing! $10 for a mini cup of vegetable oil is not on my list of things I am going to eat today!!

You guys advertise the spicy buffalo wrap for 10.50$ with an arrow pointing to the wrap that says “WITH chicken” . So why are you charging an extra 3$ for chicken ? 15.25$ is outrageous for a basic wrap .

I walked out before ordering.

I wanted the Buddha bowl listed on the menu. The woman insisted that I HAD to pay extra for the protein because it’s the new system - although it showed it was included on the item on the menu.

I tried to explain, no, you can give me the price for the bowl with the tofu literally listed right above you.

She insisted it was HQ enforcing this.

I don’t know what the truth is and I don’t care because you’re not just going to force me to pay $3 more just because you say so.

What you charge people should reflect what’s on the menu. If you don’t have an updated menu that’s your problem.

I walked out even though I really wanted some fresh food to eat. I don’t appreciate getting used.

If the girl there had any common sense she would have just given me the order that’s ON THE MENU.

Not coming back. Common sense is gone.

Ordered the piri piri bowl and Thai temptations…. Told them put Thai temptations with falafel…. Found no falafel in it…. Also the person making bowl has no knowledge and always feel lost… this was the second time I had bad experience… couldn’t help put a negative review this time

Slowest service. Waited over a half hour. Forgot my drink until I reminded them. Couldn’t figure out how to cash me out and didn’t know how to input the Goodlife discount. Spent just over $70 here and regret it. I won’t be back.

Manager/Owner with a huge beard and no beard net will yell at you when they get your order wrong these guys are ridiculous they’re also very stingy and try and save Pennie’s by not giving you proper portions but still charging full price . Horrible customer service.

My first time and I wanted the dressing on the side. The server didn’t ask me while collecting payment and I mentioned it to her when she went to prep the order. She came back and said it was too late and I told them I didn’t want the dressing mixed in. The manager came, yelled at me and argued why I wouldn’t just take it as it was…. because that is not what I PAID for??? VERY VERY RUDE MANAGER. Borderline racist. I got a refund and will never spend a dime here again. Learn to talk to customers with dignity or at least apologize for not acknowledging my request. Terrible service

Can't tap your card to pay, Visa didn't work, they don't accept amex.
Clean resto, but chairs are super uncomfortable and unattractive.
Cashier (Ranbir) doesn't know the menu (I asked for shrimp add on, she told me the price, then told me it's not an option), plus they tried charging me extra for lemongrass sauce to put in my lemongrass soup.
I'm not coming here again.

Dietary restrictions: No halal available, very surprising and disappointing.
