I ordered a custom take out salad and when l got home to eat it, it was disgusting. The greens were wilted, the was very little romaine lettuce, which you pay for, broccoli had turned yellow, and there were 6 tiny pieces of steak ($3.99). I asked for two servings of yogurt dressing and barely received one serving. I paid about $20.00 for this salad and it is worth about $2.00. I can't eat half of it. The name of the restaurant implies fresh, but that is the farthest from the truth.

Will never order from here again. I’m a long time Freshii customer and I’ve never been so disappointed. My past few orders I’ve noticed the quality and quantity have both been lacking but this was the last straw. I ordered the Buddha satay bowl for my daughter’s birthday dinner as that’s all she wanted and the noodles weren’t cooked at all. I paid extra for literally 1/8 of a slice of avocado and 3 chunks of tofu. Not to mention there was hardly any sauce (which was watery). The whole family got the same meal and all had the same issue. My order was delivered so I called the establishment and no answer. Dint waste your money.

Absolutely not worth the money. I ordered from Freshii and the quantity was laughable. For these prices I expect a proper meal, not a kid-sized portion. Feels like they’re cutting corners and hoping people don’t notice. Total rip-off.

Received an email today saying buy 1 bowl, salad or wrap and get 1 FREE. So I tried to order online but was charged FULL PRICE. I'm sick and tired of getting these email offers that do not do as they say! I have unsubscribed from Freshii.

I’ve visited several Freshii locations across the GTA and usually stick to ordering smoothies — they’re decent, nothing too special. But today was different.
I stopped by the Freshii at 1591 Upper James St in Hamilton and ordered the Strawberrii Banana smoothie. Let me just say — it was the BEST Strawberrii Banana smoothie I’ve ever had! Perfect taste, perfect texture, absolutely refreshing.
But what really made my visit exceptional was the service. Maninder Kaur, who was working at the time, went above and beyond. She treated me with the utmost professionalism — it honestly felt like I was at a 5-star hotel. She even took the time to explain how the smoothie is made. Her warm attitude and knowledge really stood out.
Big shoutout to Maninder Kaur for making my day! I’ll definitely be coming back to this Freshii location because of her amazing service.
