First time ordering today and I have to say I'm very impressed, the pizza was delicious nice thin crust full of flavor. Meat lovers and bbq chicken bacon highly recommended. Excellent customer service as well!
Seriously bad pizza! Domino's is better. The pizza was burnt and dry, yet the crust was so thick it was under cooked.

Not a good experience tonight. Went with some friends to buy pizza tonight and told the older gentleman who works there that he need to wear gloves since he was picking the toppings with his barehands. He ignored me. I left. Decided to not come here again. Be aware

I came in for the first time today via Too Good to Go. Given the nature of TGT, modifications are not expected to be accommodated but I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating Rushi was in not only offering to modify the surprise bag I inquired about but suggested another option of much better value! Even with that, he made modifications based on my dietary needs. I also appreciated how knowledgeable he is about the ingredients especially in relation to the franchise brand itself.
I left not even a minute ago and have not had my pizza yet as I am writing this in my car, but I am sure it is delicious as it looked it! Rushi offered to warm it up for me, when that is also not really required from TGT.
But I definitely want to appreciate Rushi for the experience he provided me in such a short amount of time. His cheerful, polite, kind, and helpful disposition really made my day. Even when there was a customer that was being unnecessarily condescending and disrespectful to him, Rushi still maintained his demeanour and was professional.
All in all, this was such a refreshing experience, and I will definitely be returning! Rushi’s service is not common within most establishments, especially fast food moreover pizza establishments.
I recently ordered a medium pepperoni pizza from Freshslice Pizza via Too Good to Go and was thoroughly disappointed.
The pizza handed to me was stale, thin, and hard, making it difficult to enjoy. For $10, I expected much better quality. There are numerous other pizza places in the area that offer significantly fresher and more satisfying pies at this price point or lower.
I would advise caution before ordering from Freshslice.

Ordered 2 medium 5 topping pizzas that arrived cold, with next to no cheese and virtually no toppings. Without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. The quality and portion sizes for their pizza is absurdly low.. I Don't know how a pizza shop disgraces pizza so bad. Also the cheese bread was bland and had no cheese on it

Pizza was great but the customer service was pretty bad. I asked for two slices and he grabbed me one. I said "hey sorry man but I said two " with a smile on my face and was met with eye rolling and a sigh . Then I get handed cold slices ... So I ask for them to be warmed up , more eye rolling and sighs . Like sorry you had to do your job ? Again pizza was good though !

Please visit another pizza store. I ordered butter chicken pizza and it just has the bread and very few toppings as you can see in the picture. Ordering from this pizza store is just wastage of money.
