We’ve been loyal customers for over 10 years and always enjoyed the pizza. However, since the website was upgraded, ordering has been a frustrating experience. The site hasn’t worked properly for us, and both my husband and I have tried using their website but were left to call which is fine. Unfortunately, when we tried calling today, third time we couldn’t use the website and the 5% off 🙃, we were told the issue was with our phones—even though we have two different Android devices. The staff member even argued with me instead of offering a solution. After so many years of loyalty, this was very disappointing customer service… left me speechless! What happened to customer service? Wow!
I am adding to the store’s reply. That is an absolute lie about me not picking up the food as I have NEVER ordered for pick up, we always only do delivery. That shows everyone how you operate and make sure customer is wrong :) please take ownership of your mistakes, value your customers as that is the only way you will remain in business. I wish you much success!

We’ve been ordering from Gage Pizza for a couple of years and the food has been consistently great. I don’t live local anymore, but still make the drive to come here. It’s always ready when or before they say, even with larger orders. The people who work there are always so friendly and they seem to keep the place very clean. Will definitely continue being a customer!

Gage pizza is usually our go to. Our last order the wings were off. They were very dry and hard. They kind of had a freezer burnt taste. Called to let them know. The lady didn't seem to understand freezer burnt. She kept thinking we were saying burnt and said that they weren't overcooked due to their timer. We were not offended anything anything to rectify the situation besides a sorry.

Ordered and received the worst poutine I've ever had. Took one bite and threw it out. Like worse than McDonald's poutine which isnt known for being good. The fries were extremely soggy, there was only cheese along the top layer. Underneath along the 2nd and 3rd Layer of fries towards the bottom of the container had absolutely no cheese on it. Im guessing they just sprinkled a few cheese curds on the top instead of making sure all the french fries were covered and had toppings. I let it sit on the counter for 10 minutes to cool down and it turns into a giant pile of gravy and overcooked french fry mush. Wouldn't go back.
Breaded mushrooms would have been decent but were burned. They were like black.
EDIT TO THEIR REPLY: the food absolutely was from your restaurant. Me saying that you guys use cheese curds was only a guess. It's funny that you guys think I ordered food from somewhere else because you just can't imagine that someone had a bad order. But it's true the food I ordered from Gauge pizza and wings was not good. I wish I had taken a picture
