I have had numerous issues with this place missing items on orders. Rather than correct orders or offer refunds they suggest “a future discount”. I gave them the benefit of a doubt in the past and was denied the discount. Tonight they charged me for an item that was out of stock. When I called, there was no offer to send a substitute item or offer a refund ($10). Once again I was offered a future discount. Why can’t I get a refund? Seems like theft to me 🤔.
