Just ordered delivery i got the meatball sub. How old were those meatballs? They were completely black on the inside and looked like it would crumble

I have had numerous issues with this place missing items on orders. Rather than correct orders or offer refunds they suggest “a future discount”. I gave them the benefit of a doubt in the past and was denied the discount. Tonight they charged me for an item that was out of stock. When I called, there was no offer to send a substitute item or offer a refund ($10). Once again I was offered a future discount. Why can’t I get a refund? Seems like theft to me 🤔. Very frustrating place to do business with. I won’t be back.

Have gone there a handful of times and each time have asked for extra sauce on the pizza. Everytime the pizza has had almost no sauce. Very dry with very thick crust. It's too bad because they are generous with the other toppings. Won't go back anymore.
