No longer use this chain...thought I would give one more try and go back to them...BIG MISTAKE!...never again...went to wrong address and then left out in cold at least 15min...they use "door dash" ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE!. Was to ring to get tip...awwwww too bad...oh yes...neither company WOULD NOT CORRECT this situation...waste of our time someone elses money....poor business ethics..

The food is absolutely amazing not to much sauce on the pizza they had a perfect amount of sauce on the pizza and the wings are incredible so
Ordered a deep dish but got a thin crusts called them no credit says they come pre made from whereas ever they even said they'd have complaints over those whats every just gotta go I'm sorrow paid for one but gotten a lowered price pizza Nice One Gino.
I ordered pizza and wings. Paid $120 for 2extra large and 24wings. Last time. Never again. I had a problem with the sauce on the wings and the pizzas. There was NO FLAVOR. The sauce on the wings tasted old and too watery. The sauce on the pizza was the same. Very disappointing. ??

I used to love Gino's but starting a year ago there pizza started to have a funny after taste, i think its in ether the dough or sauce. The quality has also dropped sometimes the pizza is almost undercooked and sometimes its almost overcooked. The location is terrible, horrible parking and not very good area. Had someone complain that we were parked in her space when we were parked in front of Gino's, she basically through a temper tantrum. Will most likely not return do to the people in the area.
