Lately (last 6 months) Queenston Rd location has gone downhill. Tonight it took an hour and 25 minutes to get my order. I've been on the phone 3 times with "customer service" which is nothing shy of a joke. If you have policies and processes it's imperative that you post some of these as we aren't mind readers. Usually get amazing pizzas tonight was bad call and complain nothing done to fix it! I work for domino's and if it was us they would be getting a credit for thier order....makes me think twice about ordering from them again...when I pay good money I expect to get good pizza
