5 ⭐️best Gino’s location in Hamilton by far. Food tastes fresher, they are very willing to accommodate requests and make your pizza the way you like it. On top of that the service is very quick, friendly & efficient. Highly recommended!!

Went here a couples days ago and as I was ordering I seen one of the workers take his hat off and drag his hands through his sweaty nasty hair and proceed to prepare my pizza without washing his hands ( literally no soap and water) firsthand before touching the dough and cheese. It was pretty disgusting when I got back home to eat my pizza my stomach was hurting and i had to go use the washroom at least 3 times at night cause one of the workers choose not to be clean and sanitize.

Pizza is always excellent. Workers are polite and work quickly to serve the customers. Ive ordered here over 100 times in the 10 years I’ve lived here and never had a wrong pizza /toppings issue. I usually order pickup and most of the time the pizza is just coming out / just boxed as I arrive.

Went straight from the weed store to here for my after session and the woman there was so lovey and kind and even though it was getting late, she was so happy to talk and it was so enjoyable!
Since it sold, it just is not Gino's. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews they have posted to make up for those of us that will not eat there again. The prices have gone up quite a bit. ( Just look at the newly taped prices on top of the ones on the a-frame sign in the mall. Manager more concerned with profit, than customer service. I was centered out in front of quite a large crowd when tried to explain to the newly placed manager, that the bottom of the pizza was black. He would not even look at it. I had to open the box, hold it up, and even then he insisted it was fine. Eventually received a refund, and had to go elsewhere to finnally get my family a late pizza night supper. Will never set foot in their again. On a positive note, found some of the old staff had migrated to Ancaster Pizza, on Wilson.
