I recently visited Golden Pita after enjoying their food on another occasion. However, this time I went in and waited by the order desk. I could see two people, one was working, the other was standing there looking at me. No one acknowledged my presence. I waited 5 minutes, finally one of the men walked over. I said a nice hello, and was ignored. He went to the register and proceeded to work there for a bit. I waited another 2 minutes to be acknowledged, when that didn't happen, I walked out. When I was half way to the door he all of a sudden noticed I was there. And was saying yes..yes. But too little too late. When you run a restaurant, as soon as a customer enters, they should be greeted. I won't be back, to be treated that way.

My chicken was pretty burnt and the portions were very small. The garlic sauce was the only decent thing about the meal.

Every time we visit this restaurant, the owner and his daughter are incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is always fantastic, fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere feels warm every single time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Tasted great! The owner take a lot of pride in making his food fresh. Everything tasted great. No microwaved meats or baklava from the fridge.

I was working in the area and wanted to stop for a quick lunch that was fresh and light. This place caught my eye and the food was delicious. I ordered a kafta wrap and the beef was perfectly seasoned and the garlic sauce was so creamy. I will be stopping by again when I’m in the area!
I’m sure the food is great however the owner who I spoke to on the phone today was extremely rude. Will not be ordering from here.

By far the best Middle Eastern food in the area.. Fantastic people and it’s not a fast food vibe.
Greek salad with filet kabob is my fave. Most tender and flavorful meat you will ever find. My go-to place at least once a week for dinner.

This place unfortunately seems to have gone down the hill. Is it because of rising prices? Too much tax on the small business? I do not know. But what I do know is getting sick from eating their food lately.
It started with rice chicken shawarma. Their rice is different now and doesn’t taste good at all. I stopped ordering it and stick to shawarma wrap.
But recent purchase made me sick. I think it was the sauce, seemed very old.
Unfortunately not planning on returning here anytime soon. I hope this reviews helps the owner get their food quality back to the level it was about a year ago.
