terrible place, bought three bubble teas (20$+) and all three of them broke and spilt. one popped open because we were holding it with thighs and accidentally put small amount of pressure and ended up spilling all over the car. other one just opened randomly out of nowhere and spilt. last one was tipped from a height of 5-8cm and spilt completely! complete waste of money. such a small task of sealing the plastic lid on and still failed. service time was also very long. dont go here if u dont like wasting money, time and feeling annoyed.

Ordered three drinks and all three spilled less than five minutes after receiving them. The plastic covering broke open with almost no force, creating massive messes and wasting almost all our money, if one could consider a few remaining toppings worth any money. Would not recommend—the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Please ensure the machine or operator that presses the coverings does so correctly.

Visited last night with my friends. We happened to walk in at the same time as another group but that didn’t change anything! The employee working was still happy to serve us and she was very welcoming as well. She recommended the honey grapefruit green tea and I honestly loved it! Tangy and sweet definitely cannot be beat! Especially for someone like me who enjoys a refreshing fruit tea that isn’t too sweet. The coconut jelly she recommended I add made the perfect combination and added perfect balance too!
My friends ended up grabbing a qq passionfruit, one got a lychee oolong with the white jellies as well as a peach green with just coconut jelly. One of the drinks the group after us ordered looked really cool too but I forgot what the employee had called out. But it was layered and look awesome! Overall, very happy with this experience! great staff, great drinks, great atmosphere!

Never coming back. I paid for a large hot drink and they gave it to me in a regular size cup. When I asked why they said the ice took up a large chunk and that was the right size. That's utterly ridiculous, my drink originally doesn't have ice, its a hot drink. Where does the displacement from ice come from? What, if I bought a regular size you would only fill it halfway? No other bubble tea shop I've been to has done this, places like Cocos and Chatime give me a large size filled to the top even if I ask for no ice or hot drink. And the tea was way too sweet, even at lowest sugar level, I felt sick drinking it. Hot drink was also decidedly not hot, but lukewarm. Yep first and last time going to a Gongcha. I usually don't write reviews but their explanation for my downsize was so ridiculous I had to leave one so other people don't get scammed like I do.

The drinks were delicious but the service was awful. I have been here before and was served with respect and kindness from a female employee, but this time was not the case. I came on Tuesday, on a slow day and ordered 3 drinks. The employee working was rude, and hostile. He was slamming things, throwing things. It was just me in there so everything echoed throughout the store. Then, when I grabbed the tray of drinks, I thanked the worker and all I got was a “Yup”. I work as a barista and I understand the stress of making drinks for mobile orders, in store orders and delivery services, but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude.

Excellent! We had pumpkin pie milk tea with milk foam and it was delicious! Also enjoyed pearl milk tea! The taro smoothie with tapioca was amazing! Prices are good! Staff was fast, courteous and helpful. A good choice in an area with many options for bubble tea.
They use to be good but very disappointing with the service got today. Ordered regular Bubble Tea and staff just open the fridges get the pre made bubble tea in a little container shake with ice.??? And told staff wants to make fresh staff refused and give me the refund. So ridiculous not recommended
