Excellent! We had pumpkin pie milk tea with milk foam and it was delicious! Also enjoyed pearl milk tea! The taro smoothie with tapioca was amazing! Prices are good! Staff was fast, courteous and helpful. A good choice in an area with many options for bubble tea.

They use to be good but very disappointing with the service got today. Ordered regular Bubble Tea and staff just open the fridges get the pre made bubble tea in a little container shake with ice.??? And told staff wants to make fresh staff refused and give me the refund. So ridiculous not recommended

The service at this location is just terrible. Their staff which were 2 girls were chatting very loud and ignored customers. Leaving customers standing there at the counter while they're busy talking to each other. Tried to ask questions and got ignored as well. For more context, the store was not busy as all and one of the staff was not even making drinks or anything, she just looked at us when we walked in and then turned her back to talk. Drinks were okay we are Gong Cha fans but definitely not coming back to this specific location again.
