I drove all the way here for the third time in a week and you guys weren’t open. The person is there baking donuts, but they will not serve me at 2:21 AM even though the hours on your door say you are 24 hours because it says that your night he told me your night person is on vacation and that I can’t get overnight donuts until the 23rd. I don’t understand he’s literally there and he won’t give me donuts. He opened the door. I offered to give him a five dollar bill and he could ring it in in the morning and he said no. You literally lost business!!!!
If you guys aren’t open 24 hours then you need to update your Google hours and be posting about this on Google cause this is nonsense. This is the third time this week. I’ve drove here luckily this time he opened the door and at least explained!!!
But I still don’t understand because he’s in there and he won’t give me donuts. He’s literally in there and he won’t give me donuts but he opened the door and I asked if I could pay him for donuts and he told me no how does that make any sense if someone is here and you are open 24 hours!!!!
He told me to come back after the 23rd if so then then you should be posting about someone being on vacation and hours being different on your Facebook or your Instagram so people aren’t driving up here and wasting their time three times this week. This is nonsense.

Really good doughnuts. Found out about them on Reddit and drove out to Hamilton to try. Was worth the drive? IMHO, yes it is and I will be going back.
Staff was friendly, and polite. Selection of doughnuts were great (even though the 2 specific doughnuts I wanted were sold out... walked with a dozen), fluffy and just good all around. Atmosphere was good, looked like it was filled with regulars, which is always a good sign!

I made a review two weeks ago about this issue. I went back and the same young guy with the glasses and black t shirt, put his thumb on my donuts again!! I love the donuts but it seems like management doesnt care about hygiene. This is unacceptable i dont know what else to do

Donuts are number 1 ,but they can not keep up with demand . Shelves shouldn’t be empty most of time . 1pm Sunday wiped out . Not first time . Invest more labour ! Drive 45 min for empty shelves . They can do better . Disappointed
