I’ve been coming here off and on for about four years and I really liked it when I first started. This time it I have to say it was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The sweet and sour chicken balls and shrimp, which you normally can’t go wrong with, were hard, and the shrimp scarce. And the other dishes were just bland. This is probably the last time I’ll ever come here.

I gave it one more try and had the same poor experience. Not sure if their chef changed but this was terrible ( again). We threw it out.

Ordered for pick up, took 20 mins, which is great. Food was fresh and hot and very yummy! Definitely recommend.

This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We ordered the honey garlic ribs, they were very gross they were just boiled sitting in the broth, no sticky honey garlic sauce. We also ordered the orange chicken, that came dry and way over done also the great wall noodles were mushy over cooked with no flavor, the rice tasted off not sure how you can mess up rice. What a waste of $70, definitely never ordering from here again. When I called to let them know how the food was he replied with that's how it is. Not sure how this place is still in business with food like this.

been driving from the other side of Hamilton for their food, love the number 7 dinner for one, been doing this for at least 3 years or more now, also tried other menu items, make the drive, you will love it!! Best in the city, and I've tried a lot, almost all, to get that great taste, they have it!!

Ordered through uber eats. Did not receive items in our orders. Food was decent. Probably will only order pick up to make sure all items are in the order.

I was a bit sceptical of ordering from this place from reading the 1 star reviews, but our usual take out place unplugged their phone on NYE so I called Great Wall last minute to place an order and the guy who picked up the phone was more than happy to take my order. Please don’t let the negative reviews stop you from ordering. Service was amazing. Portions were huge. And the food was delicious. We ordered both the chicken fried rice, beef fried rice. Pan fried noodles. Sautéed vegetables. Orange beef. And a chicken noodle dish. Egg rolls and spring rolls. We have no complaints. Thank you!

The service was amazing waited less then 15 minutes for the food got the wonton soup and fried wontons and definitely didn't disappoint will definitely be going back again!

This place should really learn how to cook. I ordered Hunny garlic ribs, they were almost Grey and the worst taste it maid me gage. I phoned to give them the opportunity to give me back my money but the customer service is just as bad as the food. Never eat here .
