Great Wall Restaurant

I ordered egg rolls, sauteed broccoli, chicken soo guy. Unfortunately ordered through Uber.
I found hair though out each dish, unfortunately after eating a portion of the food already.
I called the store directly very disgusted. The manager said she believed that happened -maybe it's a common occurrence?
Then she said call Uber-no apology.
Uber only returned a small portion and kept the generous tip I provided (as I do in good faith).
I will also be reporting this incident to food inspectors (thankfully I have friends in that industry).
I definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant in any way shape or form.

In response to your reply -you didn't offer to inspect, I would have been happy to show you as I wanted to resolve this. You didn't ask about the colour of hair and I didn't say a colour.
An apology would have probably gone a long way, but you kept your reply terse and uncaring

They forgot the Dinner combo I ordered, but wasn't on the bill either 😕
The sliced bbq pork was more like tiny like cut up pieces of disappointment. Maybe three/Four actual pieces of sliced pork, the rest were the size of nickel, a quarter if you're lucky
The special house chow mein with chicken, pork and shrimp had ONE piece of shrimp in it, lot's of chicken at least

I ordered tonight using Skip. Order can quick and hot! My first time ordering from here and my first time trying egg foo young! Was absolutely delicious and a great portion for the price. Even my 13 yr old son enjoyed 🙂.

Really tasty and fresh. Some of the best spring rolls we've ever had. And the dry garlic ribs were top tier. Definitely going back 😁

I’ve been coming here off and on for about four years and I really liked it when I first started. This time it I have to say it was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The sweet and sour chicken balls and shrimp, which you normally can’t go wrong with, were hard, and the shrimp scarce. And the other dishes were just bland. This is probably the last time I’ll ever come here.

I gave it one more try and had the same poor experience. Not sure if their chef changed but this was terrible ( again). We threw it out.

This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We ordered the honey garlic ribs, they were very gross they were just boiled sitting in the broth, no sticky honey garlic sauce. We also ordered the orange chicken, that came dry and way over done also the great wall noodles were mushy over cooked with no flavor, the rice tasted off not sure how you can mess up rice. What a waste of $70, definitely never ordering from here again. When I called to let them know how the food was he replied with that's how it is. Not sure how this place is still in business with food like this.
