Great lunch. Ordered the falafel bowl. The staff was really attentive and sweet and the playlist that was on was excellent.Definitely recommend for a filling, healthy and yummy lunch.

Very inconsistent. Every time I order a smoothie it seems different. Today my smoothie was entirely berries with no flavour whatsoever..I don't think I will come back. It's happened a few times

I was excited at the premise of a yummy smoothy and have being planning a trip outat that it was pretty tasty… but the portion size is diminutive, with $9.95 getting you a 16oz smoothie which feels like a wholesale ripoff, not to mention the atmosphere is surface level with front of house and blender staff starring at each other shrugging looking absolutely bewildered, and on top of that the foh worker handed me 5.25 after I handed them 15 and they had quoted me my bill of 11.25After inquiring friends who have worked for green bar I was informed that they have a long history of abusing staff and quote“running through gm faster than a pro skater goes through vans”Upon stepping into the establishment the stark white interior remenicent of anywhere but Hamilton met with the strange uncomfortable staff members I suggest if you can’t get to a booster juice this should be low on the list of places to get interesting drinks in Hamilton Ontario, with great cafes like mulberry feeling like a wholesome 3rd place which I have many great memoriesKid-friendliness: They would cry at the overwhelming sense of dread eminating from the establishmentWheelchair accessibility: Poor with a stairwell to the bathroom

I ordered a falafel bowl today and although it was initially tasty, I ended up having to throw it out. I found NUMEROUS strands of hair in my food. I will not be back.

I’m so disappointed. We visited for the first time today and ordered the broccoli Mac and cheese and the baja bowl for take out … if I was ordering in , I would have requested my money back. There was a hair in my bowl and I’m sure I ordered a regular size Mac and cheese but received a kids size… there’s no way I paid $12 for the size I received … also … there was almost no “cheese” , wet macaroni and 3 pieces of what I’m assuming was over boiled broccoli. I paid $29 + a 15% tip for small portions and ok food at best.I will say it was a clean establishment… so there’s that.

I love having this place in our city, and enjoyed it over the years.. however, the quality has gone down. Today, I ordered the super OG bowl - was NOT GOOD and over priced for what we got. I asked for less rice but the bowl was almost all rice and very little veggies! The falafel wraps were small but were tasty. It looked like very little effort or care went into it. I’m not sure if I will return. :)

I want to love this place. I am a huge smoothie person and I would likely be here daily since I live so close by… unfortunately I find the smoothies to be lacking... You can see the water and greens separately in the green smoothie even when freshly made. It's like a glass of green water with kale flakes. I love kale, and I love green smoothies, but I have never experienced anything like this when paying for smoothies. I have also had at least 10 of them, because I am desperate for smoothies, and they are consistently made this way.edit: I have tried some of the other food, and enjoyed it a lot! We did order some soup the other night, and the to-go bowl was about 2/3 filled, but the soup itself tasted good.

I had brunch at the Green Bar on September 12, 2023.I treated myself to the Bayfront Breakfast - home fries (the best I've ever had in my entire life), tofu scramble, and tempeh 'bacon'. It also came with toast and fruit compote which I just didn't want. It was delicious!! A huge portion. They have an extensive menu. The staff were fantastic and really went out of their way to confirm my allergies and make sure I felt comfortable ordering. The restaurant was very comfy, relaxing, and clean looking.I can't wait to visit Hamilton another time so I can eat at the Green Bar again :)Dietary restrictions: Food allergies were easily and carefully accommodated.

Big shout out to the Green Bar for the epic nutritious and delicious plant based food. This isn’t junk food veganism, and bless that! We were sublimely delighted to stop in twice and were met with wonderful smiles ‘n service. The food was heavenly, and the juices pure bliss! Thank you for all the soulful LOVE, it truly is the most important ingredient!

I’m not sure if the person working just screwed up but my smoothie was undrinkable - really chunk with pulp, seeds, and a bunch of whole cranberries(which weren’t supposed to be in the smoothie I ordered.) it was quite expensive as well.

Very disappointed, i ordered a blt and asked if they can replace the spinach with kimchi and all I got was bacon and kimchi on my bagel (that was also supposed to be poppy seed) got a sesame seed instead … no tomato no mayo. Won’t be coming back
